The Back

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Carefully fit the left shoulder gold trip, securing it with a type E screw as shown in picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure it from the inside using a type F screw, picture 3.

Picture 4 shows the completed assembly for this issue.

Issue 40

The Back

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Carefully fit the right shoulder gold trip, securing it with a type E screw as shown in picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure it from the inside using a type F screw, picture 3.

Retrieve the assembled left back shoulder from the previous issue and position them side by side as shown in picture 4. Take the three type L screws and place a toothed washer onto each one, picture 5.

With the two assemblies attached to each other, carefully turn the assembly over so it shows the inside and place an M3 nut in place as illustrated in picture 6. Holding the nut in place with a finger so it doesn’t fall out, turn the assembly back over and insert the screw in place and tighten it up using the allen key from issue 22, picture 7.

Now place the other two screws in position as shown in picture 8, placing the M3 nuts on the inside of the shoulder torso.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Fit the upper back gold trim into the upper recess of the back, securing it in place using 2 x type E screws, picture 2.

Press the blue plate in place as shown in picture 3, then turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 2 x type E screws, picture 4.

Issue 43

The Back

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Identify the small red plates that fit into the centre back gold detail. Take the larger of the two red plates and fit it as shown in picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using a type E screw, picture 3. Fit the smaller red plate, securing the same way using a type E screw, pictures 4 and 5.

Fit the assembly onto the frame using 2 x type E screws as illustrated in picture 6.

Carefully remove the backing paper from one side of the tape and attach it to the left shoulder red plate, picture 7. Note: Keep the other part of the tape to use in the next issue.

Making sure that you place the pin in first as illustrated in picture 8, push fit the piece into place, picture 9. Place the blue plate next to the red as also shown in picture 9. Turn the assembly over and secure the blue plate using a type E screw, picture 10.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Fit the assembly onto the frame using 2 x type E screws as illustrated in picture 4.

Carefully remove the backing paper from the tape from the previous issue and attach it to the right shoulder red plate, picture 5.

Making sure that you place the pin in first, push fit the piece into place, picture 6. Place the blue plate next to the red as also shown in picture 7. Turn the assembly over and secure the blue plate using a type E screw, picture 8.

Picture 9 shows the completed assembly for this issue.
