STAGE 15A:
Left front suspension.
Pic 1: Locate the shock absorber parts 15G, 15H, 15I and 15J.
They will fit together in the order shown.
Pic 2: Assemble the parts and fix with 1 x QM screw.
Pic 3: Fit the shock absorber to the lower arm 15 and fix with 1 x DM screw.
Pic 4: Fit the outer link 15Q as shown and fix with 1 x JM screw.
Pic 5: Fit the upper link 15F and fix with 1 x AM screw.
Pic 6: Locate the hub upright 15A and the brake back plate 15O.
Pic 7: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 2 x QM screws.
The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 8: Locate the disc parts 15K and 15L.

STAGE 15B:
Pic 9: Peel the backing paper from 15L and stick it to the front of 15K, aligning the holes and pins on the parts.
They will only fit one way.
Pic 10: Locate the hub parts 15N and 15P, and 1 x NM screw.
Pic 11: Assemble the disc and hub upright as shown, fixing the parts with the NM screw.
Pic 12: Turn the assembly over and fit the caliper 15M to the upright as shown, fixing it with 2 x CP screws.
Pic 13: Fit the tube 15E into the top link 15C and secure at each end with 1 x MM screw.
Pic 14: Fit the outer link 15Q and fix with 1 x JM screw.
Pic 15: Fit the assembly over the shock absorber and onto the upright as shown. Make sure the top link 15C has the word ‘TOP’ uppermost.
Secure with 1 x MM screw.
Pic 16: Fit the lower arm 15B to the bottom of the upright 15A and fix with 1 x MM screw.
Pic 17: Store all parts safely for now.
