Retrieve the windshield assembly (1A) and attach the windshield upper section (3A). The windshield 3a has 5 tabs that go into the associated recesses on part 1A, picture 2.

Picture 3 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Before we start to attach the inner wheel to the tyre, I would recommend warming the tyre in some hot water to soften it. This will make it much easier to attach both inner parts.

Lay the front tyre down with the side that shows the wording “POWER Slick” facing up, picture 2. Insert the rim (4A) so that the Italian flag on the rim lines up with the “POWER Slick” on the tyre. This is shown much better in picture 4.

Turn the assembly over and locate the seat for the inflation valve support on the inside of the rim, picture 3. Now place the other rim (4B) aligning the spoke to the other rim. Turn the assembly over again and connect the two rims using 5 x BM screws. Work the screws by applying them opposite to each other until all four screws are in place and tighten each one up a little at a time until all five are tight, picture 4.

Finally, attach the inflation valve by push fitting it in place, picture 5.

Picture 6 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
