STAGE 86:
Sabretooth Tiger body 5.
Pic 1: Retrieve the Sabretooth tiger body 67.1 and fit the tail 85.1 in place as shown.
Pic 2: Clip-fit the middle panel 86.1 in place on the main body.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 3: Fix the upper part with 2 x PB screws.
Pic 4: Locate the wheel centre sprue 86.6. The parts are identified as ‘1’ and ‘2’.
Pic 5: Retrieve the body assembly 84.1 and press-fit the wheel centres ‘1’ and ‘2’ as shown.
Pic 6: Turn the assembly over and fit the other wheel centre ‘1’.
Fit this assembly to the main body and fix with 3 x PB screws.
Pic 7: Press-fit the trim part 86.2 in place.
Pic 8: Press-fit the side panel 86.4 in place.
Pic 9: Press-fit the trim part 86.5 in place.
Pic 10: Press-fit the trim part 86.3 in place.

Mastodon left front leg 2.
Pic 1: Fit the connecting piece 87.3 to the outer cover 87.1 and fix with 1 x PM screw.
Pic 2: Fit the rubber sleeve 87.4 as shown

Pic 3: Fit the inner cover 87.2 in place and fix with 1 x PWM screw.

Fit the rubber sleeve 88.4 as shown.
Pic 2: Fit the inner cover 88.2 in place and fix with 1 x PWM screw.

Pic 1: Fit the rotation joint 89.3 into the front leg assembly from the previous stage.
Pic 2: Fix from the other side with 4 x PWM screws.
Pic 3: Retrieve the leg assembly from stage 87 and fit the joint housing 89.1 in place as shown.
Fix with 3 x PWB screws.
Pic 4: Retrieve the Dinozord assembly and fit the metal spindle 89.2 into the articulation piece 48.3 as shown.
Store everything safely for now.

Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 4 x PWB screws.
Pic 3: Fit the spindle 90.9 into the rotation part 90.4.
Pic 4: Fix the assembly to the inner body 90.5 with 1 x PB screw.
Pic 5: Fit the side connecting piece 90.7 in place as shown and fix with 1 x PWB screw.
Pic 6: Fit the side connecting piece 90.6 in place as shown and fix with 1 x PWB screw.

Pic 11: Press-fit the cover 90.3 in place.

STAGE 91:
Mastodon back 3.
Pic 1: Retrieve the main assembly and twist the base through 90 degrees for better access to the grey joint post.
Pic 2: Once in this position, tilt the body section up and away from the base.
Pic 3: With the upper body out of the way, fit the spindle on assembly 87 into the joint post as shown.
Pic 4: Retrieve assembly 88 and locate the upper body 91.1.
The spindle indicated will fit in the hole on the body side panel.
Pic 5: Shows the parts fitted together.
Pic 6: Fit this assembly to 87 as shown, locating the opposite spindle on the upper body in the locating hole in the side panel.
Press the parts firmly together.
Pic 7: From the outside, fix the parts using 2 x PB screws.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 92A:
Megazord right hand.
Pic 1: Press-fit the thumb parts 92.6 and 92.7 together.
Pic 2: Fit the thumb into the hand housing 92.1 as shown and locate the cover 92.3 which will fit inside.
Pic 3: Fit 92.3 in place and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 4: Locate all the joint parts 2 x 92.13, 92.14 and 2 x 92.15 and lay them in the order of assembly as shown.
Pic 5: Assemble the parts and fix together with 3 x PWB screws.
Pic 6: Fit the assembly inside the hand as shown.
Pic 7: Fit the retainer 92.4 in place and fix with 3 x PWB screws.

STAGE 93:
Dinozord left rear leg.
Pic 1: Fit the spindle 93.9 into the leg part 93.1 with the squared end going in first. Then slide the rubber sleeve 93.8 over the spindle.
93.1 is easily identified as it does NOT have two screw holes in the upper recessed area.
Pic 2: Fit the bracket 93.5 from the other side.
Pic 3: Retrieve the hand assembly from the previous stage and fit the joint 92.12 over the spindle 93.9.
Make sure the hand is facing the right way.
Pic 4: Slide the rubber sleeve 93.8 over the spindle.
Fit the small red trim 93.6 as shown.
Pic 5: Fit the other leg part 93.2 in place and press the parts firmly together.
Fix using 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 6: Fit the outer bracket 93.5 as shown.
Pic 7: Fit the foot 93.3 in place and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 8: Fit the bracket 93.7 to the foot and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 9: Press-fit the base 93.4 firmly in place.

Swing the body sideways as shown.
Pic 2: Fit the outer cover 94.1 in place on the grey inner body bracket 90.7 and fix with 1 x KB screw.
Pic 3: Fit the leg assembly from stage 92 in place and fix with 1 x PM screw through the side panel.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 96
Dinozord left rear leg 3.
Pic 1: Fit the side panel 96.1 to the rear leg assembly from stage 93 and fix with 1 x KB screw and 1 x PM screw.
Pic 2: Press-fit the trim pieces 96.2, 96.3 and 96.4 in place as shown.
Pic 3: Retrieve the Mastodon head assembly.
The tabs on the back of the head will locate in the grey slots on the body where indicated.
Pic 4: Shows the head fitted in place.
Store the model safely.
