Issue 27

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Begin by fitting the right front seat base (27B) into the right front seat cushion (27E), pictures 2 and 3.

Fix the six pins on the seat backrest (27A) into the six holes on the front seat back cushion, pictures 4 and 5.

Join the two parts of the seat together, picture 6, and secure them in place using 2 x I screws, picture 7.

Push fit the seat lever in place on the side of the seat as shown in picture 8. Picture 9 shows the seat assembly complete.

Retrieve the left seat assembly from issue 24, and with the right seat assembly from this issue and place them both on the cabin floor, picture 10. Turn the assembly over and secure each seat with 2 x I screws as shown in picture 11.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 28

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Place the two short rear floor mats (28D) behind the front seats, picture 2.

Press the rear seat support (28C) in place as shown in picture 3.

Finally, press the six pivots of the long rear mat (28A) into the holes in the rear of the passenger compartment floor, picture 4.

Picture 5 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 29

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Fit the right-side rear mounting trim (29B) into the holes on the right rear panel, pictures 2 and 3.

Insert the right rear backrest attachment(29C) into the slot in the rear panel as shown in pictures 4 and 5.

Attach the assembly to the rear of the passenger compartment floor, lining up the three holes, picture 6. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 3 x C screws, picture 7.

Picture 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 30

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Place the panel reinforcement (30B) over the rear seat backrest support (30A), picture 2.

Screw the backrest hinges (30E) over the holes in the rear seat backrest panel using 4 x B screws as shown in picture 3. Align the free ends of the hinges with the holes on the rear backrest frame (30C) as illustrated in picture 4 and secure them in place by using 4 x B screws, picture 5.

Complete the assembly by attaching the rear seatback by pushing the six pins into the holes as shown in pictures 6 and 7.

Picture 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 31

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Fit the left-side rear mounting trim (31B) into the holes on the right rear panel (31A), pictures 2 and 3.

Insert the left rear backrest attachment(31C) into the slot in the rear panel as shown in pictures 4 and 5.

Take the passenger compartment floor assembly and attach the rear seat backrest as shown in pictures 6 and 7. Secure it in place by inserting a type I screw from the outside of the panel, picture 8.

Attach the rear left panel to the floor assembly as you did with the right rear panel. First insert the seat backrest in place and secure it with a type I screw, Then, assembly to the rear of the passenger compartment floor, lining up the three holes as before and secure it in place using 3 x C screws, picture 9.

Retrieve the rear tray from issue 28 and fit it into the slots near its end onto the tabs on the right and left of the trim panel as shown in pictures 10 and 11.

Picture 12 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 32

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Begin by assembling one of the universal joint pivots (32D) into the end of the steering column shaft (32C) using 2 x H screws, pictures 2 and 3.

Fit the universal joint pivot you have just attached to the column shaft and attach to the steering column shaft 2 (32A) in the same way using 2 x H screws, picture 4.

Fit the other universal joint pivot into the end of shaft 2 (32A) using 2 x H screws as before, picture 5.

Attach the final steering column shaft (32B) onto the universal joint pivot using 2 x H screws, picture 6.

Fit the circular ring of shaft 32B into the groove in the base of the steering column housing (32E). Fit the ball end of the turn signal (32G) into the base as shown in picture 7. Fit the top of the steering column housing (32F) onto the base securing the turn signal in place. This is a push fit assembly, picture 8.

Picture 9 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
