Issue 105

Start by re-attaching the left arm using the 3 x P-TP screws, picture 1.

Take off the hand from the arm by pulling it with a little pressure, picture 2. Take the upper left hand arm skin that came with this issue, picture 3. You will see that there are two marks on the inside of the top of the arm piece. I marked these two points to make it easier to see, picture 4. You will also notice that the shoulder part has two notches. These will need to be aligned with the arm notches, picture 5.

As you have done before, glue the left arm skin to the shoulder skin, picture 6. The arm sections are probably the most difficult parts to glue together, so do a small section at a time, pinching and holding the two skins parts together whilst the glue sets.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 106

Start by re-attaching the right arm using the 3 x P-TP screws. Re connect the cable at the top of the arm. Once attached you can take off the holding tape, picture 1.

Picture 2 shows the right arm skin that came with this issue.

Before taking off the hand part as you did with the previous issue, carefully unplug the cable, picture 3.

Take the upper right hand arm skin that came with this issue, and glue it in place as you did before. You will see that there are two marks on the inside of the top of the arm piece that matches the two marks in the shoulder skin. I marked these two points to make it easier to see. I started gluing the arm to the shoulder from under the arm pit as you can see the curve and the point at where the two parts joined, picture 4.

As I said previously, the arm sections are probably the most difficult parts to glue together, so do a small section at a time, pinching and holding the two skins parts together whilst the glue sets.

Picture 5 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
