BASE 1:

Pic 1: Connect two of the base segments P1.01 together.
They will only fit one way.
Fit the connector P1.02 as shown and fix with 4 x PWB screws.

Pic 2: Fit the other base segment P1.01 in place.
It will only fit one way.
Fit the connector P1.02 as shown and fix with 4 x PWB screws.

Pic 3: Fit the curved connector P1.03 as shown.
Fix with 4 x PWB screws.

Store the assembly safely.

BASE 2:

Pic 1: Fit another of the base segments P2.01 to the previous assembly.
It will only fit one way.
Fit the connector P2.03 as shown and fix with 4 x PWB screws.

Pic 2: Fit another base segment P2.01 in place.
It will only fit one way.
Fit the connector P2.03 as shown and fix with 4 x PWB screws.

Pic 3: Fit the final base segment P2.01 in place.
It will only fit one way.
Fit the two connectors P2.03 as shown and fix with 4 x PWB screws in each.

Pic 4: Fit the 2 x curved connectors P2.02 as shown.
Fix with 4 x PWB screws in each.

Store the assembly safely.

BASE 3:

Pic 1: Fit the short leg P3.03 to the back of the battery box mount P3.01 and fix from the other side with 1 x PB screw.

Pic 2: Fit the battery box P3.05 to the inside of the mount P3.01 as shown, feeding the cable through the hole indicated.
Fix the parts with 2 x KB screws.

Pic 3: Retrieve the base and fit the battery box assembly as shown.
Fix with 6 x PWB screws.

Pic 4: Fit the battery box cover P3.02 in place.
It will only fit one way.
Fix with 1 x PB screw.

Pic 5: From the other side of the base, fit the 6 support legs P3.04 (Circled) and fix from the other side with 1 x PB screw in each.
It does not matter which way up the legs are fitted as both ends are the same.

Store the base safely for now.

BASE 4:

Pic 1: Retrieve the base assembly and fit the supplied PCB in place next to the power cable as shown.
Connect the cable and then fix the PCB using 2 x PB screws in the locating posts on the base.

Pic 2: Plug one of the sensors into the PCB taking care to support the PCB underneath so as not to break it.
Fix the sensor to the locating posts on the base with 2 x PB screws.

Pic 3: Connect the other sensor into the PCB taking care to support the PCB underneath so as not to break it.
Fix the sensor to the locating posts on the base with 2 x PB screws.

Pic 4: Plug the LED into the centre socket as shown, again taking care to support the PCB.

Pic 5: Peel the blue backing from the LED strip a few inches at a time and stick the strip to the outer angled side of the ridge on the base as shown.

Pic 6: Continue to stick the LED strip all the way around the ridge on the base.

Store the assembly safely for now.

Pic 1: Retrieve the base assembly and fit the light panel P8.01 as shown with the dull side facing up.
The printed instructions tell you to peel off the protective film but there isn't any.

Pic 2: Fit 6 x retaining washers P8.02 as shown.

Pic 3: Fix the parts with 6 x PWB screws.

Pic 4: Continue all the way around the base in the same way and then store the assembly safely.

BASE 9:

Pic 1: Retrieve the base assembly and fit the support bracket P9.02 as shown, fixing it at the bottom with 1 x PWB screw.
Fit the remaining brackets P9.02 all the way around the outside of the base.

Pic 2: Slide one of the light panels P9.01 in between the support posts as shown.
It will only fit one way.
Fit the remaining panels in the same way around the base.

Pic 3: All panels and brackets fitted.

Pic 4: Fit the two base assemblies together as shown, aligning the brackets by looking through the large opening in the top.
This is actually very easy.

Pic 5: From the top of the assembly, fix the parts together with 6 x PB screws where indicated.

Pic 6: Turn the assembly over and fix the parts using 6 x KB screws around the base as shown.
The image only shows two of the fixings.

Store the assembly safely.

BASE 10:

Pic 1: Retrieve the base assembly and peel the backing from the 3 x self-adhesive strips P10.2.
Stick them evenly around the inner area on the top of the base as shown.

Pic 2: Peel the backing from the strips and stick the base cover P10.01.
Press it firmly down all round.

Pic 3: All finished…

Congratulations.
You have completed your Megazord base.
You can add batteries and using the remote control, it will light up.
Display your completed build and enjoy it.
