Issue 6

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Take the crank case cover (6B) and fit the oil filter using a BP screw, pictures 2 and 3. Picture 4 shows the assembly complete.

Fit the oil filter cover (6D) using 2 x KP screws, picture 5. Fit the crankcase oil filter assembly to the crankcase (6A), picture 6, using 5 x AM screws. Start by fitting two of the screws as shown in picture 7, followed by the remaining three screws, picture 8.

Picture 9 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 7 Part 1

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Start by assembling the cylinder crank case (7B) and the engine crankcase (7C) together using 2 x AP screws, pictures 2 and 3. Now add the next cylinder crankcase (7D) to the assembly, picture 4. Place an AP screws as illustrated in picture 5, followed by a further two AP screws, picture 6.

Add the engine crankcase (7A) to the assembly, picture 7, and secure the assembly using 3 x AM screws as shown in picture 8. Finish securing the assembly by placing a UP screw in place as illustrated in picture 9.

That completes part 1 of this assembly.

Issue 7 Part 2
Retrieve the crankcase assembly from issue 6 and join it to this assembly, picture 10. Place 4 x CM screws as shown in picture 11, then 3 x UP screws shown in picture 12.
Next place an AM screw on the inside as illustrated in picture 13, followed by another AM screw, further back on the inside, picture 14.

Push fit ferrule (7E) in place, picture 15. Finally attach the mounting pipe (7F) onto the assembly as shown in picture 16.

Picture 17 shows the complete assembly for part 2 of this issue.
