STAGE 39A:
Left radiator 3.
Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly from stage 36 and locate the pipes 39A and 39B.
Pic 2: Press-fit the pipes in place as shown.
Pic 3: Fit the radiator from stage 38 and fix from underneath with 2 x ‘A’ screws.
Pic 4: Fit the manifold 39C in place.
Pic 5: Fix from behind with 1 x ‘E’ screw and 1 x ‘A’ screw.
Pic 6: Locate the support 39E and the tubes numbered 1 and 2.

STAGE 39B:
Pic 7: Attach one of the ‘1’ tubes and the ‘2’ tube as shown.
Pic 8: Fix the support to the main panel using 1 x ‘G’ screw from behind.
Pic 9: Connect the ends of the tubes to the manifold as shown.
Pic 10: Pass another ‘1’ tube (highlighted in grey) through the hole in the support nearest to the panel and connect each end where indicated.
Pic 11: Fit another ‘1’ tube (highlighted in grey) through the other hole in the support and connect each end as indicated.
Pic 12: Fit one of the short ‘5’ tubes to the pins on the manifold and tank as shown.
Pic 13: Store the assembly and unused parts safely.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 40:
Right panel.
Pic 1: Retrieve the unused parts from the previous stage.
Connect tubes ‘4’ and ‘5’ to the union 39D.
Pic 2: Connect tube ‘3’ to the union 39D.
Pic 3: Retrieve the left radiator assembly and press-fit the union 39D in place where shown.
The long tube ‘3’ will pass through the slot at the bottom of the support, indicated by the smaller circle.
Pic 4: Connect tube ‘3’ as indicated.
Pic 5: Connect tube ‘4’ where shown.
NOTE – The printed instructions show this connection to be in the wrong place.
Pic 6: Press-fit parts 40A and 40B together.

STAGE 41:
Right radiator.
Pic 1: Locate the two radiator parts 41A and 41B.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown and fix with 2 x ‘A’ screws.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 42:
Right radiator 2.
Pic 1: Retrieve the radiator 41A from the previous stage.
Radiator 42B will fit on top.
Pic 2: Parts fitted together.
Pic 3: Fit the panel 42A in place and fix with 2 x ‘A’ screws.
Store safely for now.
