STAGE 63A:
Tank components.
Pic 1: Retrieve the parts from stage 62 and fit the outer rim 62B into the tyre 62A. Make sure the Firestone lettering is on the outside as shown.
Pic 2: Turn the wheel over and fit the inner rim 62C with the screw fixings aligned with the outer rim. Fix the parts with 3 x AM screws.
Pic 3: Locate the cord 62D and tie a slip knot in one end. If you aren’t sure how to tie a slip knot there are several simple videos on YouTube.
Pic 4: Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the knot over the wheel support as shown. Pull the knot tight.
Pic 5: Feed the cord through the hole in the outer frame as shown, from the outside. The cord has been highlighted in yellow.
Pic 6: Continue to feed the cord through the other hole in the opposite frame as shown. The cord has been highlighted in yellow.

STAGE 63B:
Pic 7: Fit the spare wheel just assembled under the cord and into the wheel supports as shown.
Pic 8: Pull the cord over the wheel and loop it in the centre as shown.
Pic 9: Move the wheel out of the way and pass the cord behind the wheel support.
Pic 10: Pull the cord tightly into place around the wheel and then pass the end back through itself as shown.
Pic 11: Pull the cord tight down to the wheel support and then repeat the process.
Pic 12: Finally pull the cord down and tie it into a knot on itself. Cut off any spare cord at both ends.
Pic 13: Store the model and unused parts safely.

STAGE 64A:
Filter and pump.
Pic 1: Retrieve all unused parts from stage 63. Cut the tube 63J into 2 x 120mm and 1 x 90mm pieces.
Pic 2: Fit the 2 x 120mm tubes to the pins on the lower tank 63A as shown.
Pic 3: Fit the 90mm tube to the pin on the lower tank 63A as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the thicker tube 63H as shown.
Pic 5: Locate the upper tank parts 63C and 63D. They will fit together where indicated.
Pic 6: Fit the parts together and fix with 3 x AP screws.

STAGE 64B:
Pic 7: Fit the lower tank to the assembly and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 8: Fit the base 63B as shown and fix with 4 x AP screws.
Pic 9: Press-fit the connector 63G in place as shown.
Pic 10: Press-fit the tank pipe 63E in place. It will only fit one way.
Pic 11: Press-fit the valve 63F in place. It will only fit one way.
Pic 12: Fit the tube 63I as shown.
Pic 13: Connect the free end of tube 63H to the valve as shown.
Store the assembly and unused parts safely.

STAGE 65:
Crossbar, panels and fuel pumps.
In this stage you will assemble the parts from stage 64.
Pic 1: Press-fit the pump parts 64B and 64C together.
Pic 2: Make two sets the same.
Pic 3: Press-fit the two filter parts 64D and 64E together.
Pic 4: Fit one of the pumps to the base panel 64A as shown and fix from the outside with 1 x AKP screw.
Pic 5: Fit the filter to the base panel 64A as shown and fix from the outside with 1 x AKP screw.
Pic 6: Cut 2 x pieces of 35mm hose from 64F.
Pic 7: Press the hoses onto the lower pins on the pump.
Pic 8: Connect the other pump to the ends of the hoses as shown.
Pic 9: Fit the pump to the base panel 64A as shown and fix from the outside with 1 x AKP screw.
Pic 10: Retrieve the assembly from stage 63 and fit it to the base panel.
Pic 11: Fix from underneath with 2 x AKP screws.
Store the assembly and unused parts safely.
