Issue 9
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Retrieve the engine assembly you’ve been working on and fit the cooling connector (9A) to its mounting location as illustrated in picture 2. Secure this in place using 4 x AP screws, picture 3.
Assemble the connector (9D) to the plate (9C) using an AP screw, pictures 4, 5 and 6. Now place the assembly on the engine block as shown in picture 7, securing in place using 4 x AP screws, picture 8.
Take the medium size pipe (9F) and push fit it in place as shown in picture 9. Place the coolant pump (9E) on the other end of the pipe, picture 10.
Push the shorter pipe (9G) onto the pin of the liquid coolant connector, picture 11. Now push fit the part (9B) on the other end of the shorter pipe, picture 12, followed the longer pipe onto the other end of the part, picture 13.

Issue 10
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Start by push fitting the valve covers (10C) in place, picture 2. Get the cylinder head (10A) and fit it to the Valve cover as illustrated in picture 3. Secure it in place by using 2 x BP screws, picture 4.
Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the cylinder head onto the engine block as shown in picture 5, securing it in place using 2 x BP screws, picture 6.
As illustrated in picture 7, bring the coolant pump (9E) to the cylinder head aligning the three attachment points and secure in place using 3 x BP screws.

Issue 11
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Begin by attaching both the short tube section (11B) and the short tube section (11C), picture 2. Secure the two parts using 2 x AP screws, picture 3.
Take the rear cylinder exhaust section and assembly it to the short tube section pushing it into the tabs as shown in picture 4.
Picture 5 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 12
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Retrieve the exhaust assembly from the previous issue. Place one of the end cores (12B) and place into the exhaust as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Take the flame arrester (12A) and slot in into the end core, picture 4.
Take the rear cylinder exhaust section (12C) and place the other end core in place, picture 5.
Now bring together the two sections of the exhaust and secure then by using 4 x BP screws, picture 6.
Next, fit the exhaust shield onto the exhaust securing it using a BP screw, picture 7.
Finally, add the sensor (12D) to the exhaust, picture 8.
Picture 9 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 13
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Start by push fitting the valve covers (13C) in place, picture 2. Get the cylinder head (13A) and fit it to the Valve cover as you did with the previous one in issue 10. Secure it in place by using 2 x BP screws, picture 3.
Retrieve the exhaust assembly from the previous issue, picture 4 Secure both assemblies together using 4 x BP screws on the outside, picture 5, and 2 x AP screws from the inside as illustrated in picture 6.
Now retrieve the engine assembly and put together the rear cylinder head and exhaust assembly as shown in picture 7 using 2 x BP screws.
Picture 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
