Issue 45
Left Front Shock Absorber Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Begin by fitting the shock absorber shaft (45C) into the hole in the upper left shock absorber bracket (45B), picture 2. Secure them in place by using a K type screw, picture 3.
Fit the left front shock absorber body (45D) into the hole in the left upper arm (45A), pictures 4 and 5. Secure in place using a K type screw, picture 6.
Finish the assembly by fitting the shock absorber spring (45E) over the left body, then insert the end of the shock absorber shaft into the body so the bracket and upper arm fit together as shown in the last two pictures. Secure them in place using 2 x type E screws, pictures 7 and 8.

Issue 46
Right Front Shock Absorber Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. This issue we assemble the right shock absorber in the same way as the left in the previous issue. Fit the shock absorber shaft (46C) into the hole in the upper right shock absorber bracket (46B). Secure them in place by using a K type screw, picture 2.
Fit the right front shock absorber body (46D) into the hole in the right upper arm (46A). Secure in place using a K type screw, picture 3.
Finish the assembly by fitting the shock absorber spring (46E) over the right body, then insert the end of the shock absorber shaft into the body so the bracket and upper arm fit together as shown in the last two pictures. Secure them in place using 2 x type E screws, picture 4.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 47
The Front Chassis Section Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Retrieve the engine assembly and the two air conditioning tubes from issue 11, picture 2. Connect one end of one of the tubing to the air conditioning radiator, picture 3 and the other end to the air conditioning compressor, picture 4.
Take the other tube and place it on the back pin on the air conditioning compressor, picture 5.
Retrieve both the upper left and right shock absorber brackets and place then on the front chassis as shown in pictures 6 and 7.
Place the engine onto the chassis, picture 8, and holding the assembly together, turn it over and secure them using 6 x type E screws, picture 9.
Retrieve the intercooler from issue 23 and fit it to the front of the engine, pushing it into the two holes at the bottom and making sure the ends of the breather pipes on both sides are also fitted, picture 10. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 2 x type G screws, picture 11.
Picture 12 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 48
The Front Chassis Reinforcements Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Fix the right front chassis brace (48B) to the front section of the chassis using 2 x type F screws, picture 2. Do the same with the left front chassis brace (48C), picture 3.
