STAGE 69:
Tank, pump wall, pipes.
Pic 1: Fit the connector on the end of 69H to the top of the tank 69A as shown and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 2: Fix the rear of the tank 69B using 3 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Press-fit the pipe connector 69C in place on the top edge of the tank
.
Pic 4: Retrieve the filter cross-bar 67A and fix the tank in place as shown using 1 x QM screw.
Make sure the hose on the tank is in front of the frame.
Pic 5: Retrieve the base 68A and fit the ends of the hoses 68F and 68G to the pins on the end of 69H.
Pic 6: Press-fit 69H in place on the front of the pump half as shown.
Pic 7: Press-fit the middle connector on 69H to the top of the other pump as shown.
Pic 8: Fit the cross-bar 67A to the assembly as shown and fix with 2 x AM screws.

STAGE 70:
Rear wheel and pipes.
Pic 1: Fit the rim 70B into the tyre 70A.
Pic 2: Turn the assembly over and fit the rear rim 70C making sure the screw fixing points are aligned.
Fix with 3 x AM screws.
Pic 3: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fit the hose 69F as shown – highlighted in yellow.
Pic 4: Fit the hose 69G into the tank as shown.
Check the fitting of connector 67H is still in place as it can easily be dislodged.
Pic 5: Fit the end plate 69D as shown and fix with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 6: Retrieve the side panel 67B from stage 67 and fit it in place.
Fix from underneath with 2 x AP screws.

STAGE 71:
Central body.
Pic 1: Fit the body hinge bracket 71B to the body panel 71A as shown and fix with 3 x ASM screws.
Pic 2: Close up detail of the parts.
Pic 3: Press-fit the door catch 71C in place as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the opposite door catch in the same way.
Pic 5: You will be mounting the engine in the next few stages.
The printed instructions advise checking the orientation of the brackets 16E and 20E (highlighted yellow) on the sides of the engine as the printed instructions for those stages were incorrect and the brackets were the wrong way round, making the other rod connections very difficult.
The picture shows the left side – 16E.
The other side – 20E is the same.
If you have followed the build stages here, you will have fitted the brackets correctly.

STAGE 72A:
Rear wall and air intake.
Pic 1: Press-fit the filler cap 72E in place on the body panel 71A.
Pic 2: Locate the sprue 72F – 2 x clips.
Pic 3: Carefully cut the clips from the sprue and press them in place on each side of the fuel cap.
Pic 4: Fit the hood seal 72B in place as shown and fix with 3 x AM screws.
Pic 5: Fit the air intake parts 72C and 72D together and fix with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 6: Fit the intake in place as shown and fix with 2 x AM screws.

STAGE 72B:
Pic 7: Retrieve the body assembly and fit the rear panel 72A in place at the rear of the frame.
The panel goes to the INSIDE of the rear frame lower bar, with the pins on its lower edge locating in the tabs on the frame.
Note the wiring exiting the panel on each side.
Pic 8: Close up of the wiring exit.
The same applies for the wires on the other side.
Pic 9: Detail showing how the panel 72A fixes to the lower frame bar.
There are 4 x fixing points.
Pic 10: Fix the upper frame assembly 43A in place as shown and fix with 3 x BM screws.
Pic 11: From the other side, fix with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 12: Turn the assembly over and fix the frames from underneath with 2 x AM screws.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 73A:
Rear panel and engine mounting.
Pic 1: Assemble the air intake parts 73B and 73C and fix with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 2: Fix the assembly to the body panel with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 3: Fit the fuel tap lever 73E to the body panel as shown.
Pic 4: On the other side of the panel, fit the cable 73F to the end of the fuel tap lever.
Pic 5: Press-fit the vent 73D in place just above the fuel cap.
Pic 6: Fit the alternator belt 54K in place on the alternator pulley.

STAGE 73B:
Pic 7: Turn the whole assembly upside-down.
Pic 8: Position the engine – also upside-down close to the chassis as shown.
Feed the long lead from the starter motor 6F through the hole in the middle of the rear panel.
Pic 9: Fit the engine frame supports indicated to the chassis and fix with 3 x AM screws.
You may find it easier to use supports under the engine and chassis to get the parts in alignment.
Pic 10: With the assembly the right way up, secure the parts using 6 x AM screws as shown.
Pic 11: Fit the alternator belt over the pulley as shown.
Pic 12: Store the assembly safely for now.
