STAGE 3:
Brake disc and front wheel.
Pic 1: Disc 3A will fit onto disc 3b.
Peel the backing from 3A and stick it to the upper face of 3B.
Pic 2: Parts assembled.
Pic 3: From the other side, fit the disc centre 3C in place.
Pic 4: The parts are a very loose fit so it might be advisable to secure them for now with a piece of low tack masking tape.
This is at the builder’s discretion.
Pic 5: Parts assembled, from the other side.
Pic 6: Locate the tyre 3D and the rim 3E.
Pic 7: Soak the tyre in hot water for about 30 seconds.
Be careful with hot water.
Pic 8: Remove the tyre from the water with tongs and dry it inside and out.
Pic 9: Press the rim 3E into the tyre paying attention to the tread pattern as shown.
The wide grooves go on the side of the rim face.

STAGE 4:
Driver’s seat.
Pic 1: Locate seat parts 4B and 4C.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown.
Pic 3: Fix from behind with 4 x B screws.
Pic 4: Carefully fit the seat face 4A over the assembly making sure it tucks in correctly all over.
Pic 5: Fit the headrest parts 4D and 4E.
Pic 6: Fix from behind with 4 x B screws.
Pic 7: Fix the seat back 4F in place with 4 x B screws.
Pic 8: Fit the side panels 4H and 4G as shown.
Pic 9: Fix from underneath with 4 x B screws.
