Issue 51
Central Exhaust Pipes Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Place the upper part of the right muffler (51D) on the right side of the trunk floor, picture 2, securing it in place using 2 x type F screws. Do the same on the other side with the left muffler (51C), picture 3.
Fit the two ends of the central exhaust pipes (51B) into the upper parts of the left and right mufflers as shown in picture 4, securing both in place with a G type screw. Insert the two front ends of the central exhaust into the left and right exhaust pipe, picture 5. Turn the assembly over and place 2 x type G screws into the central exhaust from the passenger compartment, picture 6.
Picture 7 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 52
Exhaust Pipes and Tail Pipes Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Begin the assembly by retrieving the left and right rear shock absorbers from issue 40. Turn the assembly upside down and attach both the shock absorbers and secure them in place using a type C screw from the other side.
Next, fit the two rear exhaust brackets (51A), securing them in place using a type E screw for each one, pictures 3 and 4. Attach the right exhaust end pipe (52D) securing it in place with a type G screw, picture 5. Push the end of the exhaust pipe into the exhaust bracket, picture 6. Do the same with the left rear exhaust pipe (52C), picture 7. Fit the two chrome tail pipes (52E & 52F) onto the exhaust pipes as shown in picture 8.
Push fit the two left and right mufflers in place, picture 9.
Retrieve the rear leaf spring assembly and fit the rear leaf spring shackles to the chassis, using 8 x type E screws as illustrated in pictures 10, 11 and 12.
Place the passenger compartment onto the chassis, picture 13. Turn the assembly over and secure in place using 4 x type C screws, picture 14.
Finally, retrieve the steering column support from issue 48 and using a type E screw, secure the steering column in place, picture 15.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 53
Stabilizer Bar Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Start the assembly by attaching the two rubber mounts (53C) to the stabilizer bar (54E), pictures 2, 3 and 4.
Place the stabilizer bar over the bottom of the front chassis and using the two clamps (53D) secure it in place using 2 x type F screws for each clamp, pictures 5 and 6.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 54
Left Front Brake Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Begin the assembly by fitting the left front stub axle (54A) into the hole in the left front brake plate (54C). Secure the two parts using 2 x type D screws, picture 2.
Fit the brake disk 2 (54E) onto the brake disk 1 (54D), picture 3. Place the assembly onto the stub axle, picture 4.
Now fit the brake caliper (54B) over the rear of the left front brake assembly and secure in place using 2 x type H screws.
Finally, place the whole assembly onto the front chassis by inserting the upper pivot into the hole in the left front upper arm, securing it in place using a type K screw, picture 5.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 55
Left Control Arm Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Attach the left strut rod (55E) to the left control arm (55A). Secure the two parts using 2 x type D screws, picture 2.
Place the control arm bracket (55B) in the left lower side of the front of the chassis and attach it using 2 x type F screws, picture 3. Fit the two pins of the left strut bracket (55D) into the two holes of the front brace, pictures 4 and 5.
Take the assembly from step 1 and insert the end of the strut rod into the strut rod bracket. Note: The magazine tells you to push the end of the rod through the bracket, however you will need to take off the bracket and place the rod inside it as shown in picture 6.
Fit the hole in the wide outer end of the control arm over the front stub axle pivot and snap the inner end of the control arm into the arm bracket.
Attach the inner end of the control arm to the left control arm bracket using the type L screw, picture 7. Finish the assembly by using a type K screw and a type D screw to attach the outer end of the control arm, pictures 8 and 9.
Join the left steering linkage (53B) to the left steering rod (55C) using a type F screw, pictures 10 and 11.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
