STAGE 57A:

Radiator, firewall and connections.

NOTE: Many of the steps here are quite fiddly and some are difficult to follow in the printed instructions.
If you are unsure about any of the tubes/wires/pipes, look at the build stage for that part to see where it is located.
For example, for hose 46N, look at the steps in stage 46.

Pic 1: To begin, you might be advised to tape the electrical wires together with low tack masking tape to keep them out of the way.

Pic 2: Locate the firewall assembly and place it just behind the engine.

Pic 3: Fit the thin blue hose 52H from under the reservoir to the pin indicated on the connector.
Hose highlighted in yellow.

Pic 4: Fit the thicker blue hose from under the reservoir to the pin facing up on the end of the connector.
Hose highlighted in yellow.

Pic 5: Fit the thick black heater hose 56Q to the thick pin on the firewall as shown.
Hose highlighted in yellow.

Pic 6: Fit the free ends of the two orange tubes to the pins on the firewall as shown.
