STAGE 75:
Front trunk floor.
Pic 1: Push the hose 75C onto the small pin on the fitting 75B.
Pic 2: The fitting attaches to the floor 75A where shown.
Pic 3: Fix from the other side with 1 x NP screw.

STAGE 76A:
Fuel filler pipes.
Pic 1: Locate the pipe parts 76A, 76B, 76C and 76D.
Pic 2: Press-fit the parts together as shown. Pipe 76AB should have TWO fitting holes at the top – one on each side. Pipe 76C/D only has one, on one side.
Pic 3: Fit the black connector 76I into the hole in pipe half 76B.
Pic 4: Fit the connector 76E into the hole in the other side, on pipe half 76A. This fuel pipe will have TWO connectors. One black, one silver.
Pic 5: Fit the connector 76E into the hole on pipe half 76C as shown. This fuel pipe will only have ONE connector.
Pic 6: Assemble the 2 x filler caps with parts 2 x 76H, 2x 76G and screws 2 x LP as shown.
Pic 7: OPTIONAL ADDED DETAIL – You can colour the inside of the fuel cap parts with black paint or a Sharpie to represent the ‘hole’. This is at the builder’s discretion.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 76B:
Pic 8: Fit the funnels – 2 x 76F to the fuel pipes and then fix the filler caps with 1 x AP screw through the centre of each as shown.
Pic 9: Cut the tube 76M into three parts. 2 x 45mm, 1 x 65mm.
Pic 10: Fit the tubes to the fuel pipes as shown.
Pic 11: Locate the strap parts 76J, 76K and 76L. Stick 1 x 76L to the strap where shown.
Pic 12: Fit the buckle 76J to the strap. Peel the backing from 76L and fold the strap over as shown.
Pic 13: Retrieve the panel 74A and stick 76L to the outer curve under the small slot.
Pic 14: From the other side, feed the strap through the slot where indicated.
Pic 15: Peel the backing from 76L and stick the end of the strap firmly in place.

STAGE 77:
Radiator and fans.
Pic 1: Fit the 3 x fans 77C onto the radiator 77A as shown. They will only fit one way. Fix with 3 x TP screws.
Pic 2: Locate the fan guard 77B and the 3 x covers 77D. The covers will press-fit to the guard. Make sure they are fitted the correct way up as shown.
Pic 3: Parts assembled.
Pic 4: Fit the assembly to the radiator and fix with 6 x AP screws where indicated.
Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 78:
Radiator and hoses.
Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly 77A from the previous stage and locate the front panel 78A. The parts will fit together as shown.
Pic 2: Parts assembled.
Pic 3: Fit the brackets 78B and 78C to the lower panel 78D. The brackets are handed left and right.
Pic 4: Assemble the hose parts 78E, 78F, 78G and 78H as shown.
Pic 5: Press-fit the hoses into the radiator assembly on each side.
Pic 6: Fit the lower panel 78D to the assembly as shown and fix with 3 x APP screws.
Pic 7: Press-fit the sensor 78I into the lower hole on the upper right of the radiator.
Pic 8: Fit the hose 78K onto the smaller pin on the connector 78J and fit the parts to the upper hole on the top right of the radiator.
Pic 9: Retrieve the front panel 75A and fit the radiator assembly in place as shown. Fix from underneath with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 10: Make sure the hoses fit into the locating holes in the panel as shown.

STAGE 79:
Front spare wheel holder.
Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fit it into the front of the car as shown. Make sure all hoses are above the panel. Fix with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 2: Press-fit the panel 79A in place.
Pic 3: Fit the wheel holder 79B in place and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 4: Press-fit panel 79C in place.
Pic 5: Fit the fuel filler 76C to the pipe under the floor. This is a bit fiddly and the parts are a loose fit. You may wish to use a little adhesive in the joint but this is at the builder’s discretion. Pass the black pipe through the hole in the floor where indicated.
Pic 6: Fit the fuel filler 76A to the pipe under the floor. This is a bit fiddly and the parts are a loose fit. You may wish to use a little adhesive in the joint but this is at the builder’s discretion. Pass the front black pipe through the hole in the floor where indicated.
Pic 7: Wiggle the panel 74A in place as shown making sure the lights wiring passes through the cut outs in each end and are not trapped under the panel. The two black hoses coming from the car interior should pass through the hole indicated in light blue. Fix the panel in place with 2 x AM screws and 1 x AP screw.
Pic 8: Connect the two hoses highlighted in pink to the two unions just behind the fuel filler pipe. This is a bit fiddly so be patient.
Pic 9: Pass the hose indicated back through the hole in the rear panel as shown.
