Unfortunatly not much to do only make HINGES? Next week we are receiving more planks and pins, and we are promised that we are going to use parts previously supplied to trim the upper edges of the ships waist and make the frame for the tiller hole - The Helmport Yippee!!!!! I have started to cut the Bow and Stern Formers, here they are in their roughest form. Here is an update of the Bow and Stern. The enhancment is coming together well, I have half of the bow sanded and the other half not.Also I have had to put minor Balsa fillets in small gaps these will be sanded down when the adhesive is dry. With regard to the etched parts, I was browsing the Eaglemoss website and found a comment from them stating that there is a mistake with the brass sheet supplied with part 39 in that there is only 7 hinge parts and not 8.
They say that there will another brass sheet in part 48

strange that,7 hinges?I had 8 on my sheet,the hinges were in-line and were 7 the other 1 was a few pieces away tucked in amongst other pieces. sorry you are correct the hinges on the lefthand side only have 3 holes and the 7 have 4 holes,my mistake.
