Issue 57
Right Control Arm
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Begin the assembly by attaching the right strut rod (57E) to the right control arm (57A), secure them using 2 x “D” screws, picture 2.
Fix the control arm bracket (57B) using 2 x “F” screws as illustrated in picture 3. Fit the assembly from the first step using “D”, “K” and “L” screws as highlighted in picture 4.
Push fit the strut rod bracket in place as shown in picture 5.
Retrieve the linkage assembly from issue 53 and attach the steering tie rod as illustrated in pictures 6 and 7.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 58
Power Steering Cylinder
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Connect one end of each power steering hose to the pins on the power steering pump, picture 2. Note: I used a drop of glue to hold them in place. Connect the other two ends of the hose to the cylinder body in the same way, picture 3.
Retrieve the steering assembly from the last issue and attach this assembly to it using a “I” screw as shown in picture 4.
Mount the completed assembly on the chassis, attaching the steering linkage onto the steering column shaft, picture 5. Now place the steering rods over the front stub axle as shown in pictures 6 and 7. Secure the rods in place on each axle using a “K” screw, pictures 8 and 9.
Retrieve the pitman arm from issue 53 and fit it in place using 2 x “K” screws as illustrated in picture 10.
Fix the power steering cylinder bracket to the steering shaft using an “E” screw, picture 11, then insert the steering cylinder shaft into the steering cylinder body. Secure the bracket in place onto the chassis using 2 x “E” screws, picture 12. Finish by attaching the power steering pump, by push fitting it in place on the steering assembly, picture 13.
Picture 14 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 59 Part 1
Firewall, Wiring and Pipework
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
First, assembly the brake reservoir to the master cylinder by push fitting the two parts together, picture 2. Fit the cap as shown in picture 3. Picture 4 shows the assembly complete.
Attach the brake cylinder assembly to the fire wall, picture 5, turning the assembly over and secure the parts using a C type screw, picture 6.
Lay out the cables as shown in picture 7 for ease of identification when fitting them. Take the two cables 59G and 59H and place them onto the bulkhead and brake cylinder as illustrated in picture 8.
Place the vacuum valve and brake servo onto the bulkhead a s shown in picture 9.
Looking carefully at picture 10, place the four cables (59M x 2, 59L and 59J) onto the pins on the bulkhead as shown. Tip, I used a little glue to hold them in place.
Now place three cables on the opposite side of the bulkhead, (59I x 2 and 59K) as shown in picture 11. Now go back to the opposite side again and place in the two cables (59O and 59N), picture 12.
Picture 13 shows the assembly complete for part 1 of this issue.

Issue 59 Part 2
Firewall, Wiring and Pipework
Keeping the pipework free, place the firewall onto the chassis as shown in picture 14.
Place the pipe 59J on the rear of the right turbo housing, picture 15. Now place the pipe 59L on the side if the right turbo housing, picture 16. Feed the two 59M cables through to the front as shown in picture 17.
Fit the pipe 59K to the rear of the left turbo housing, picture 18.
Tip: Before we turn the assembly over to place some pipework on the underside, I would recommend holding the firewall in place using some tape, picture 19. This will stop it from fall off in the process.
Take one of the two 59I cables and fit it onto the end of the alternator, picture 20. Fit the other 59I cable to the starter motor, picture 21.
Picture 22 shows the assembly complete for part 2 of this issue.
