STAGE 75:

Radiator and vent ducts.

Pic 1: Retrieve the gasket 74E and fit it into the end of duct 75A as shown.

Pic 2: Retrieve the car interior and fit the duct in place on the end of the oil cooler mount.

Pic 3: Fit the duct 75B in place where indicated in red.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 76A:

Gear shift lever.

Pic 1: Peel the backing paper from 76G and stick it to the rear of the mat 76F.

Pic 2: Peel the other backing paper from 76G and stick the mat into place on the foot well as shown.

Pic 3: Turn the interior panel upside down and fit the gear shift lever 76D through the hole indicated.

Pic 4: Part in place.

Pic 5: Fit the panel 76B and fix with 2 x EP screws.

STAGE 76B:

Pic 6: With the interior the right way up, fit the rubber boot 76C over the lever, then fit the surround 76A.
Fix with 4 x YP screws.
Press-fit the gear knob 76E in place on the end of the lever.

Pic 7: Cut the tube 76J into 4 lengths as indicated.

Pic 8: Fit the 3 x connectors 76I to three of the leads as shown.

Pic 9: Fit the coil selector 76H in place on the floor.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from underneath with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 10: Press-fit the 3 x connectors into the coil selector in the position as shown.
The shorter lead goes in the middle.

Pic 11: Store the assembly safely and keep the spare 30mm tube until later.

STAGE 77:

Ignition control.

Pic 1: Fit the top 77H to the MSD box 77A as shown.

Pic 2: Fit the assembly to the top of the control box 77C.
The parts will only fit one way.
Fix from underneath with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 3: Fit the 4 x small wires 77B into the holes in the ends of both red control boxes.

Pic 4: Fit the mounting plate 77G to the top of the transmission tunnel as shown.

Pic 5: Fit the two control boxes to the mounting plate as indicated.

Pic 6: Fix from underneath with 4 x EP screws.

Pic 7: Feed the red and black wires 77E and 77F through the sleeve 77I as shown.
Twist the wires together at one end.

Pic 8: Feed the red and black wires into the control boxes as indicated.
You may wish to use a small amount of adhesive as the wires are a very loose fit.
This is at the builder’s discretion.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 78:

Fire extinguisher.

Pic 1: Fit the extinguisher parts 78C and 78D together as shown.
Note the smaller pin on 78C is at the bottom of the text on 78D.
Fix with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 2: Fit the base 78A at the end below the text.

Pic 3: Fit the valve 78E and the gauge 78F into the top 78B.
Make sure the gauge is the correct way up.

Pic 4: Fit the assembly to the top of the extinguisher.

Pic 5: Fit the blue connector 78G as shown.

Pic 6: Fit the hose 78J to the pin on the valve as shown.

Pic 7: Cut the silver hose 78I into the two lengths indicated.

Pic 8: Fit the connectors 78H into one end of each hose.

Pic 9: Fit the two hoses to the blue connector in the positions shown.

Pic 10: Fit the assembly to the rear of the floor panel as shown and fix from below with 1 x AP screw.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 79:

Driver’s leg shield.

Pic 1: Fit the bracket 79B to the leg shield 79A as shown.
It will only fit one way.
Fix with 1 x EP screw.

Pic 2: Fit the shield to the floor assembly where indicated and fix from underneath with 2 x AP screws.

Pic 3: Position the side panel 79C where shown and fix using 2 x EP screws.
The bottom of the panel will locate in the slot in the floor.

Pic 4: Store safely for now.

STAGE 80:

Driver’s leg shield 2.

Pic 1: Fix the bracket 80B to the shield 80A using 1 x EP screw in the position shown.

Pic 2: Hook the tabs on the bottom edge of the shield under the floor as shown.

Pic 3: Fix from underneath with 2 x EP screws.

Pic 4: Fit the driver’s inner shield 80C in place on the floor where indicated.

Pic 5: Fix from underneath with 2 x AP screws.

Pic 6: Fit the support strut where shown and fix with 1 x XP screw at the top and 1 x XP screw from underneath.

Store the assembly safely for now.
