Issue 27

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue

Retrieve the left frame from the last issue and place the left cover as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 3 x AP screws, picture 4. Now fit the left conveyor using 2 x AP screws as shown in pictures 5 and 6.

Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the left frame section over the engine assembly and secure this in place using an AP screw and 3 x BM screws as shown in picture 7.

Picture 8 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 28

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue

Retrieve the right cover and position it on the right frame section as you did in the previous issue, picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 3 x AP screws, picture 3. Now fit the right conveyor using 2 x AP screws as shown in picture 4.

Retrieve the engine assembly and with the right side facing up, attach the anchor as illustrated in pictures 5 and 6.

Fit the right frame section over the engine assembly and secure this in place using 2 x AP screws as illustrated in picture 7. Fit an AM screw to secure the frame and anchor, picture 8, then fit another 4 AM screws at the steering head as shown in picture 9.

Picture 10 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 29 Part 1

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue

Take the cable and cut it into 9 parts as laid out below, picture 2.
E1-45mm
E2-170mm
E3-160mm
E4-220mm
E5-180mm
E6-220mm
E7-145mm
E8-250mm
E9-250mm


Tip: When unravelling the cable, place it in some hot water to take out any kinks.

Place the red connector onto the cable connection bracket using an AP screw, picture 3. Place E1-2-3 cables as illustrated in picture 4. Place cables E4-5 in the same way, picture 5, cables E6-7 as shown in picture 6 and finally cables E8-9 as shown in picture 7.

Take the cables E3-4-5 and bind them together using the tape supplied in the previous issue. Tape together cables E8-9, picture 8.

On the underside of the bracket place the yellow connector in place using an AP screw, picture 9. Note, the magazine says red connector instead of the yellow connector.

That completes part 1 of this issue

Issue 29 Part 2

Feed the cables though the frame as illustrated in picture 10. Secure the bracket in place using 2 x AM screws, picture 11.

Continue to feed cables E2 and E7 through as shown in picture 12. Feed cables E3-4-5 as illustrated in picture 13, followed by cables E8-9, picture 14.

Finally, complete the assembly by placing the connector with cable to the intake box as shown in picture 15.

Picture 16 shows the assembly complete for this issue.
