Issue 57

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

The Upper Structure of the Left Arm

Place the joint assembly from the previous issue and place it into the arm structure, securing it in place using 4 x LP screws, pictures 2 and 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 58

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

The Left Arm Joint

Place the upper arm joint onto the previous assembly securing it in place using 2 x KP screws, pictures 2 and 3.

Tip: Before we start with the next section, I would recommend using a pair of sturdy pliers to compress the spring. This will make it easier to fit into the part into the housing, picture 4.

Slide the spring onto the rod and insert the assembly into the base joint as shown in picture 5. Take the connection place and attach it to the previous assembly, then insert the pin to hold it in place, pictures 6 and 7.

Attach the base cover to close the assembly using the nut and 2 x HM screws as shown in picture 8. Use the wrench that was provided in issue 7 to tighten the nut.

Finally, secure the assembly to the arm assembly using 4 x SP screws, picture 9. Note, it should only fit one way.

Picture 10 shows the complete assembly for this issue.
