STAGE 9:

Gearbox.

Pic 1: Fit the connector 9A to the gearbox 9B as shown and fix with 3 x F screws.

Pic 2: Fit the pump 9C to the end of the gearbox where indicated and fix with 3 x F screws.

Pic 3: Press the filter 9D into the lower side of the gearbox.
It will only fit one way.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 10:

Hybrid motor.

Pic 1: Motor part 10A will fit face down on part 10B.

Pic 2: Fix the parts with 3 x F screws.

Pic 3: Fit the housing 10C to the assembly as shown and fix with 1 x F screw.

Pic 4: Retrieve the assembly from stage 9 and fit the motor in place as indicated.
Fix on the inside with 2 x F screws.

Pic 5: Store all parts safely for now.

STAGE 11A:

Left radiator and lights.

Pic 1: The radiator grille 11A will fit on top of the radiator 11B.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Fix with 2 x B screws.

Pic 3: Retrieve the left light assembly from stage 1.
It will fit onto the back of the radiator.

Pic 4: Fix the parts together as shown and fix with 3 x A screws.

Pic 5: Retrieve the front panel 2B and the light 2C.

Pic 6: Wrap the self-adhesive ‘V’ label around the plug end of the wires.

STAGE 11B:

Pic 7: Fix the light to the rear of the front panel with 3 x A screws.
The light will only fit one way.

Pic 8: Fix the radiator support frame 11D as shown using 2 x A screws.
The frame will only fit one way.

Pic 9: Fit the small end panel 11E as indicated and fix with 2 x A screws.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 10: Retrieve the left light glass from Stage 1 and fit it into the front panel from the inside.

Pic 11: Fit the radiator and lamp assembly in place, trapping the glass in its location.
Fix with 2 x A screws.

Pic 12: Wrap the self-adhesive R label around the plug end of the LED’s 11F.

Pic 13: Fit the LED’s into the back of the headlights.
They will only fit one way.
Fix in place with 4 x A screws.

Pic 14: Run both sets of wires across the inside of the panel, between the two screw posts.
Fit a cable grip 11H in place and fix with 2 x A screws.
Keep the other cable grip for later use.

Store the assembly safely for now.

The frame will only fit one way.

Pic 6: Fit the small end panel 12E as indicated and fix with 2 x A screws.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 8: Fit the radiator and lamp assembly in place, trapping the glass in its location.
Fix with 2 x A screws.

Pic 9: Fit the LED’s into the back of the headlights.
They will only fit one way.
Fix in place with 4 x A screws.

Pic 10: Wrap the self-adhesive ‘Q’ label around the plug end of the LED’s 12F.

Pic 11: Run both sets of wires across the inside of the panel, between the two screw posts.
Fit a cable grip 12H in place and fix with 2 x A screws.

12: Run wires from the other light assembly across the inside of the panel, between the two screw central posts.
Fit a cable grip 12H in place and fix with 2 x A screws.

Pic 13: Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 13:

Oil cooler.

Pic 1: Retrieve the engine assembly and locate the oil filter plate 13A.
It will fit on the side of the engine where indicated.

Pic 2: Fit the plate as shown and fix with 3 x E screws.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 3: Fit the oil cooler 13B to the plate and fix with 3 x F screws.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 4: Push the 50mm x 3.5mm pipe 13D into the fitting 13C.

Pic 5: Fit the assembly to the engine as shown.

Pic 6: Fix the engine mount plate 13E to the side of the engine with 1 x F screw.

Pic 7: Push the thick tube 13H into the fitting 13F and the thinner tube 13G into the other end.

Pic 8: Fit the thinner tube into the location shown.

Pic 9: Fit the long tube 13I into the side of the engine where indicated.

Store safely for now.

Left and right cylinder heads.

Pic 1: Fit the connector 14A as shown with the two legs facing in on the engine top.

Pic 2: Fit the right cylinder head 14B as shown so the leg on the fitting goes into the hole indicated.

Pic 3: Fix with 3 x E screws.

Pic 4: Fit the left cylinder head 14C as shown so the leg on the fitting goes into the hole indicated.

Pic 5: Fix with 3 x E screws.

Store the assembly safely.
