Issue 45
The Left Arm
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Retrieve the left shoulder assembly from the previous issue. Fit the friction disc onto the end of the shoulder rotator, securing it using 4 x J screws as shown in pictures 2 and 3.
Attach the front cover of the shoulder to the assembly by push fitting it in place. Then secure the front cover by inserting the type K screw as illustrated in picture 4, followed by a F type screw, picture 5.
Take the friction adhesive and wrap it around the base of the shoulder, picture 6.
Now fit the shoulder rotary cuff, marked A1, picture 7, followed by the rotary cuff A2 on the opposite side. Secure the two parts in place using 4 x F screws, two on each size, pictures 8 and 9.
Picture 10 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Issue 46
The Left Arm
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Retrieve the left forearm and left shoulder assembly from the previous issues. Position the rear cover of the left bicep marked L4 so it fits between the shoulder and the forearm as shown in pictures 2, 3 and 4. Turn the assembly over and secure all the parts using 4 x F type screws, picture 5.
Now attach the front cover using the F type screws as illustrated in picture 6.
Finally attach the elbow cover by push fitting it in place, picture 7.
Picture 8 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Issue 47
The Right hand
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Slide the friction spacer onto the base of the right thumb (5) as shown in picture 2, then fit the lower joint (6), picture 3. Next, attach the right base of the right thumb, and secure in place using a type T screw, picture 4.
Slide the other friction spacer onto the peg on the right tip of the right thumb, picture 5. Attach the previous thumb assembly as shown in picture 6. Finally, attach the tip and secure it in place using 2 x type T screws as illustrated in picture 7.
Slide one of the friction spacers over the peg of the index finger number 11, picture 8. Put the lower joint number 13 onto the same peg, picture 9, then cover it with the number 12 securing it in place using a type “T” screw, picture 10. Do the same with the middle index finger parts 9, fitting it into the previous assembly and then covering it with part 10 and securing the assembly with a “T” screw as before. Finish the index finger with parts 7 and 8, using 2 x type “T” screws, pictures 11 and 12.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 48

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. As before, in the previous issue, slide the friction spacer onto the base of the right middle finger (7) then fit the lower joint (8), followed by the base (6) securing it in place using a type T screw, picture 2.
Continue with the figure using parts 4, and 5, picture 3, completing the middle finger using parts 1 and 2, picture 4.
Now complete the right ring finger by starting with parts 14 and 15, picture 5, completing the finger with parts 11, 12, then 9 and 10, picture 6.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 50
The Right hand
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Insert one of the friction spacers into the hole in the inside of the palm of the right hand, picture 2.
Retrieve the thumb assembly from issue 47 and secure it to the hand using a F type screw as shown in pictures 3 and 4.
Next, take the smaller spaces and fit then on the ends of the fingers as illustrated in picture 5.
Place the fingers in order into the inside of the right-hand palm, picture 6. Insert another larger friction spacer into the back of the hand, shown in picture 7, then place the wrist part as shown in picture 8.
Cover the assembly with the back of the hand and secure the whole assembly using 4 x F type screws, picture 9.
