STAGE 81:

Driver’s seat.

Pic 1: Twist the end of the buckle 81C at right-angles as shown.

Pic 2: Fix an adhesive tab 81B to one end of the strap 81D.
Slide the buckle 81C onto the strap as indicated.

Pic 3: Peel the backing from the tab and fold the strap over the buckle.

Pic 4: Fix another tab 81B to the other end of the strap.

Pic 5: Feed the strap through the slot in the base of the seat 81A.

Pic 6: Turn the seat over, remove the backing from the tab and stick the strap down where indicated.

Pic 7: Store safely for now.

STAGE 82:

Driver’s seat 2.

Pic 1: Fit the support bracket 82F to the back of the seat panel 82A as shown and fix from the other side with 2 x XP screws.

Pic 2: Fit the seat face 81A from the previous stage.

Pic 3: Check that the top tabs fit over the frame where indicated.

Pic 4: Fix the seat parts together with 3 x TP screws.
Make sure the lower tab is located properly where shown.

Pic 5: Fix the other side together with 3 x TP screws.
Make sure the lower tab is located properly where shown.

Pic 6: Fix the lower front with 3 x TP screws.

Pic 7: Fit the head protection brackets 82B and 82E as indicated and fix with 1 x TP screw in each.

Pic 8: Fit the head protection pads 82C and 82D where shown.

Pic 9: Store the seat for now.

STAGE 83:

Driver’s seat 3.

Pic 1: Fit the side supports 83B and 83C to the seat back where shown and fix with 2 x TP screws in each.

Pic 2: Slide the support pads 83A and 83D over the supports as shown.
The text goes to the outside, upwards.

Pic 3: Store safely for now.

STAGE 84:

Driver’s seat 4.

Pic 1: Fix the support bracket 84A to the base of the seat 82A using 2 x AM screws.

Pic 2: Fix the rear support 82C to the base of the seat as shown using 2 x EP screws.

Pic 3: gently flex the frame 84B so you can fit the seat between the side rails.
Pay attention to the orientation of the seat and frame.
Fix on one side with 2 x FM screws.

Pic 4: Fix the other side in the same way with 2 x FM screws.
Store the seat safely for now.

STAGE 85A:

Safety harness 1.

Pic 1: Fold the end of the catch 85D as shown.

Pic 2: Stick one of the tabs 85F onto one end of the strap 85A.

Pic 3: Pass the strap through the side slot in the bracket as indicated.

Pic 4: Peel the backing from the tab and fold the end of the strap over.

Pic 5: Pass strap 85C through the other slot in the belt catch.
Make sure the text is facing up, away from the bend in the catch.

Pic 6: Stick one of the tabs 85F onto one end of the strap 85C.

Pic 7: Peel the backing from the tab and fold the end of the strap over.

Pic 10: Pass strap 85A through the catch as shown and stick a tab 85F on the end.

Pic 11: Peel the backing from the tab and fold the end of the strap over.

Pic 12: Pass strap 85C through the other slot in the belt catch with the text facing up.

Pic 13: Stick one of the tabs 85F onto the end of the strap 85C.

Pic 14: Peel the backing from the tab and fold the end of the strap over.

Pic 3: Turn the strap over and fit a self-adhesive tab 86D to the end.

STAGE 86C:

Pic 15: Fix the right strap assembly to the floor near the tunnel with 1 x XP screw.

Pic 16: Fix the left strap assembly to the floor near the side with 1 x XP screw.

Pic 17: With the straps out of the way, fit the seat to the floor.

Pic 18: Fix from underneath with 4 x AM screws.

Pic 19: Pass the two long straps through the slots in the back of the seat.

Pic 20: Add 2 x fixing brackets 86B using tabs 86D as before.

Pic 21: Fix the straps to the seat back plate using 2 x XP screws.

Pic 22: Fit the seat buckle parts together.

The two side straps first, then the seat strap.

Store safely for now.
