Issue 51
The Right hand
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Insert one of the friction spacers into the hole in the inside the right side of the wrist joint, picture 2.
Now insert the joint into the base of the right hand you built in the previous issue, pictures 3 and 4. Now fit the left half of the wrist joint and secure them together using 2 x F type screws, picture 5. Remove the protective sheet from the EVA anti slip sheet and carefully wrap it around the end of the wrist, picture 6.
Slot the cable with the PCB connector onto the upper mobile support and secure in place using 2 x F screws, picture 7. Now fit the lower support onto the other side and secure them both using 4 x F screws, pictures 8 and 9.

Issue 52
The Right hand
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Insert the friction disc base into the left circle in the base of the right elbow and secure it in place using 2 x F screws, picture 2. Now fit the friction disc onto the assembly using 4 x J screws, picture 3.
Slot the movable elbow bar onto the central peg of the friction disc in the direction shown in picture 4, securing it in place using 4 x U screws.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Insert the friction disc base into the left circle in the elbow assembly from the previous issue and secure it in place using 2 x F screws, picture 2. Now fit the friction disc onto the assembly using 4 x J screws, picture 3.
Slot the movable elbow bar onto the central peg of the friction disc in the direction shown in picture 4, securing it in place using 4 x U screws.

Issue 54
The Right Arm
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Retrieve the assembly from the last issue and fit the two smaller support caps onto both ends of the elbow as shown in picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure them both in place using an F type screw, pictures 3 and 4.
Keeping the elbow in the same position, fit the two elbow support bases securing them both using 4 x S screws, pictures 5, 6 and 7.
Retrieve the right-hand wrist and fit the cable into the elbow, securing them using the cable holders that were in issue 53 as shown in picture 8.
Attach the elbow you have just assembled to the lower cover of the left arm, marked “R2”, pictures 9 and 10. Turn the assembly over and secure it using 3 x F screws as shown in picture 11.
Finally, attach the upper cover and secure it in place using 3 x F screws, picture 12.
Picture 13 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Issue 55

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Fit the friction disc base support inside the rear cover of the left shoulder, marked “R5”. Secure it in place using 3 x F screws, picture 2.
Fit the friction disc base A onto the base support and using 3 x F screws secure it in place, picture 3. Fit the friction disc as shown in picture 4, securing it using 4 x J screws.
Finally, fit the right shoulder rotator onto the assembly, positioning it as shown in picture 5, facing right. Secure it using 4 x U screws.
That completes the assembly for this stage.

Issue 56
The Right Arm
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Retrieve the left shoulder assembly from the previous issue. Fit the friction disc onto the end of the shoulder rotator, securing it using 4 x J screws as shown in picture 2.
Feed the cable through making sure it is fitted into the slot as shown in picture 3.
Attach the front cover of the shoulder to the assembly by push fitting it in place. Then secure the front cover by inserting the type K screw, followed by a F type screw, picture 4.
Take the friction adhesive and wrap it around the base of the shoulder, picture 5.
Now fit the shoulder rotary cuff, marked A2, picture 6, followed by the rotary cuff A1 on the opposite side. Secure the two parts in place using 4 x F screws, two on each size, pictures 7 and 8.
Picture 9 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.
