STAGE 69:

Seats 7.

Pic 1: Fix two of the self-adhesive tabs 69C to the inside of the seat 69A as shown.

Pic 2: Peel the backing from the tabs and stick the sponge 69B in place.

Pic 3: Store the seat part safely.

STAGE 70:

Seats 8.

Pic 1: Retrieve the seat base from the previous stage.
The frame 70A will fit inside underneath.

Pic 2: Fit the parts together making sure the five tabs on the seat base locate properly over the slots in the frame.
Fix with 5 x EP screws.

Pic 3: Fit the seat back 63A in place on the seat base and fix from each side with 1 x DP screw.

Pic 4: Fit the seat runners 70C and 70D into the sides of the inner frame 70B as shown.
Make sure the round fixing posts on the ends of the runners are facing out.

Pic 5: Fix the assembly to the base of the seat using 2 x MP screws.

Pic 6: Store the seat safely for now.

STAGE 71:

Seats 9.

Pic 1: Fit the seat belt catch 71B to the side of the base 71A as shown.

Pic 2: Fit the handle 71C on the other side of the seat base.

Pic 3: Retrieve the seat and fix the frame underneath using 2 x AP screws.

Pic 4: Store the seat safely for now.

STAGE 72A:

Seats 10.

Pic 1: Fit a buckle 72B and a fastener 72C onto one of the straps 72A as shown.
Add a sticky tab 72K to the fastener end of the strap.

Pic 2: Peel the backing from the tab and fold the strap over as shown.

Pic 3: Fix a latch 72D to the other end of the strap in the same way.

Pic 4: Add another strap 72A to the other end of the latch and fit another buckle 72B onto the strap.

Pic 5: Make another set the same and add the fasteners 72C to the ends of the straps.

Pic 6: Fit 2 x buckles 72B onto a strap 72J as shown and then add one of the larger buckles 72E where indicated.
Move the buckles to the measurements shown.

STAGE 72B:

Pic 7: Make 4 sets the same.

Pic 8: Lay two of the straps 72J upside down in the position shown and lay one of the 72A assemblies on top, also upside down.
Fit two tabs 72K to the ends of the straps 72J where indicated.

Pic 9: Peel the backing from the tabs and fold the straps over as shown.

Pic 10: Make another set the same.

Pic 11: Retrieve the floor assembly and fix the two sets of straps in place using 4 x EP screws where indicated.
Make sure the strap fixings are positioned as shown.

Pic 12: Fit the passenger seat to the floor so the straps are over the seat and the long straps go through the slot in the upper seat back.

Pic 13: From underneath, fix the seat with 6 x JP screws.
Do not tighten the screws so the seat can slide backwards and forwards.

STAGE 72C:

Pic 14: Fit the driver’s seat in the same way.

Pic 15: Slide a latch 72G onto the strap 72F and then add a floor fixing 72H.
Fix a tab 72K where shown.

Pic 16: Peel the backing from the tab and secure the floor fixing in the usual way.

Pic 17: Add a tab 72K to the strap where shown.

Pic 18: Slide the latch over the tab and stick it to the strap.

Pic 19: Press-fit the floor fixings onto the floor where shown.
They will only fit one way.
Fit both straps, one on each side of the floor.

Pic 20: Store the assembly safely for now.
