STAGE 9:

Rear left brake.

Pic 1: Fit the bracket 9E to the hub 9D and fix with 2 x KM screws.

Pic 2: Fit the flange 9G to the hub and fix with 1 x KP screw.

Pic 3: Fix the clip 9B to the caliper 9F as shown using 1 x KM screw.

Pic 4: Locate the disc parts 9A and 9B.
They will fit together face to face.

Pic 5: Parts assembled.

Pic 6: Fix the disc centre 8E using 3 x NP screws.

Pic 7: Fit the assembled disc over the shaft on the hub as shown.

Pic 8: Fix the caliper to the side of the assembly using 2 x KP screws.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 9: Fix the cooling plate 9A to the back of the hub with 2 x KM screws.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 10: Press-fit the two inner pins on the cover 9C into the locating holes in the cooling plate.

Store safely for now.

Pic 1: Locate the distributor cover parts 11A and 11B.
11B will press-fit onto 11A where shown.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

STAGE 12:

Engine parts.

Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage.
The side plate 12A will fit where indicated.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

Pic 3: Press-fit the end cover 12C onto the pump 12B.

Pic 4: Fit the pump to the plate where shown.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 5: Fix from the other side with 1 x CP screw.

Store the assembly safely for now.

Pic 1: The upper engine part 13A and the connector 13B have ‘key’ fittings circled.
These parts will fit together. They cannot be assembled incorrectly.

Pic 2: Fit the parts together and fix using 2 x CM screws.

Store safely for now.
