STAGE 69:
Spare wheel.
Pic 1: Fit the wheel cover parts 69B and 69D together as shown and fix with 2 x A screws.
Pic 2: Press-fit the assembly in place on the front of the wheel 69A. The red rim is to the front.
Pic 3: Press-fit the outer ring 69C in place.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 70:
Exhaust 1.
Pic 1: Fix the tailpipe protector 70B to the end of the spoiler centre pillar 70A as shown using 1 x V screw. The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 2: The exhaust elbows 70D and 70E will push-fit together.
Pic 3: Parts assembled.
Pic 4: Fit the exhaust end section 70C into the assembly with the hole closest. Fit the exhaust pipe 70F onto the other end of 70C.

STAGE 71:
Beam wings 1.
Pic 1: Retrieve the rear body assembly and fit the lower wing plates 71B and 71C into the slots at the rear as shown. Make sure the wings are tilted up at the rear.
Pic 2: Fit the upper beam wing 71A in place and add the support plug 71D in the middle.
Pic 3: Fix from underneath with 1 x E screw.
Pic 4: Retrieve assemblies 70B and 70C. Fit 70C in place on the body and then fit 70B on top. Fix from underneath with 1 x A screw.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 72:
Front left wheel – Rain tyre.
Pic 1: Retrieve the wheel from stage 69. The tyre 72A will fit onto it.
Pic 2: You may find it easier to fit the tyre if you soak it in hot water for a few minutes. Dry the tyre inside and out and press it onto the wheel rim. Take care with hot water. This use of hot water is at the builder’s discretion.
Store the wheel and unused parts safely.

STAGE 73:
Rain light.
Pic 1: Retrieve the rear body assembly and carefully place it upside down. Fit the LED panel 73C in place as shown, making sure the wire runs along the inside of the body section and out through the curved cut-out at the front end.
Pic 2: Fit the sponge 73D in place in front of the LED panel.
Pic 3: Fit the light panel 73B at the end of the body section.
Pic 4: Fit the base 73A checking the wire is still located properly. Fix with 1 x W screw.
Store the assembly safely.

STAGE 74:
Heave damper.
Pic 1: Fix the damper parts 74A and 74B together with 2 x A screws.
Pic 2: Fit the lower mounts 74C and 74D in place as shown, and the link arms 2 x 74E underneath. Fix the parts together with 1 x X screw in each side.
Pic 3: Press-fit the rocker arms 74G and 74H through the mount plate 74F and into the locating holes in the silver damper mounts.
Pic 4: Retrieve the rear body assembly and fit the damper in place where shown. Fit the suspension arm ends between the ends of the heave damper and fix using 1 x X screw in each side.
Store the assembly and unused parts safely.
