STAGE 15:
Exhaust manifolds.
Pic 1: Retrieve the engine assembly and locate the manifold gaskets 2 x 15A.
They will fit where indicated.
Pic 2: Fix the gaskets in place using 12 x E screws.
Pic 3: Assemble the manifold parts 15B and 15C, 15D and 15E.
Fix them with 1 x F screw in each.
Pic 4: Store everything safely for now.

STAGE 16:
Catalytic converter.
Pic 1: Fit the catalytic converter parts 126A and 16B together.
Fix them with 3 x F screws.
Pic 2: Locate the clamp parts 16C and 16E, and the muffler fitting 16D.
Pic 3: The clamp 16E has a small ‘key’ on the inside which will locate on the converter flange.
Fit the other clamp part, trapping the muffler connector in place and fix with 2 x F screws.
Pic 4: Retrieve the manifold assemblies from the previous stage and fit one into the catalytic converter as shown.
Make sure the orientation of the parts is as shown.
Pic 5: Fit the clamp parts 16F and 16G in place and fix with 2 x F screws.
NOTE – If you find the clamps don’t fit easily you can file down the flat faces on the ends of the catalytic converter a little.
This is at the builder’s discretion.
Pic 6: Fit the other manifold in the same way, paying attention to the orientation of the parts.
Pic 7: Retrieve the engine assembly and fit the manifolds in place on the left cylinder head as shown.
Fix from the top using 4 x E screws.
