Issue 63 Part 1
Extension Cables and Brake Pipes Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue. Take the circuit board and the cables labelled D7, D8 and D9 and place them in their corresponding slots on the circuit board as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Now place in the cables marked D10, 11, 12 and 13, picture 4.
Fit the circuit board into the cars chassis between the engine bay and the dashboard using 4 x G type screws as shown in picture 5.
Take the extension cable D5 and place it into the circuit board and feed the cable through the left-hand side of the firewall, pictures 6 and 7.
Next, place the cables D1 and 2 into the circuit board as shown in picture 8. Feed the two cables on the top groove on the engine bay and secure them in place using the front and rear clips, pictures 9, 10 and 11.

Issue 63 Part 2
Extension Cables and Brake Pipes Plug the extension cable D6 into the circuit board, picture 12, then feed the cable through the hole in the right side of the firewall, picture 13.
Plug extension cables D2 and 4 into the circuit board and feed these two cables along the slot in the firewall as before, securing them in place using the two clips, pictures 14 and 15.
Take the selection of cables and place them in order as shown in picture 16.
Turn the car over and place the cable 63H onto the parking cable as shown in picture 17. Place the parking brake on the side of the chassis floor and the free and of the cable in the hole, illustrated in pictures 18 and 19.

Issue 63 Part 3
Extension Cables and Brake Pipes Connect the right parking brake 63L to the Y junction you have just assembled and feed the cable as shown in picture 21, clipping the cable into the slot next to the exhaust box. Feed the cable through to the brake plate, picture 22. Now do the same with the left brake cable 63K, connecting it to the remaining point on the Y junction, picture 23.
Connect the fuel pipe 63J to the fuel tank and route the tubing to the front under the rear differential and right exhaust, pictures 24 and 25.
At the front of the car, connect both the brake pipes 63G to the left and right brake caliper’s, fitting the free end into the pin on the front section of the chassis, pictures 26 and 27.
Take the rear brake pipe “T” junction and connect tubes 63F, 63G and 63I as illustrated in picture 28. Connect pipe 63F to the left rear brake plate, picture 29 and 63I to the right rear brake plate, picture 30. Feed the tube 63G under the rear axel and place it into the hole in the rear section of the chassis, picture 31.
Picture 32 shows the assembly complete for part 3 of this issue.

Issue 64
Rear Lights and Bumper Picture 1 show the parts for this issue. Fit the two pins of the brake light lens into the housing, picture 2. Note each housing has the L and R on the inside, picture 3. Fit both the brake lights pushing the two pins into the rear bumper, pictures 4 and 5.
Push fit the licence plate onto the bumper as shown in picture 6.
Align the two tabs on the rear bumper with the holes on the rear of the chassis and secure the bumper in place using 2 x F screws, pictures 7 and 8.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 65
Rear Trunk and Battery Picture 1 show the parts for this issue. Fit the pin of the rear trunk reinforcement into the back right hand corner of the rear trunk floor, picture 2. Fit the fuel tank filler pipe as shown and secure with a G screw from underneath, pictures 3 and 4.
Fit the battery holder over the battery box, pictures 5 and 6, then attach it to the rear trunk side panel pushing the three pins in place, picture 7. Attach the two leads to the battery as shown in picture 8.
Fit the rear trunk right side panel onto the right side of the rear trunk floor and secure it in place using a G screw, pictures 9.
Finally, fit the rear left hand side panel to the left side of the trunk floor in the same way, picture 10.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 66
Rear Trunk Hatch and Hinges Picture 1 show the parts for this issue. Place together the trunk hatch panel with the trunk trim and push fit the two parts together, pictures 2 and 3.
Now place the hinges onto the trunk panel. Both hinges show either the letter R or L to guide you when placing the hinges in place, Use 2 x D type screws for each hinge, picture 4.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 67
Rear Trunk and Taillights Picture 1 show the parts for this issue. Start by placing the left and right panel supports on the trunk panel, picture 2. Turn the assembly over and place 2 x D screws to hold them in place, picture 3.
Retrieve the trunk hatch from the previous stage and place the hinges inside the trunk panel, picture 4 . Secure both the hinges using the hinge brackets and 4 x D screws, picture 5.
Fit the trunk panel onto the rear trunk floor, picture 6, and secure it in place using 2 x G screws, picture 7.
Fit a CR2032 battery into the LED tester and test the two lights. Note: The battery is not included in this issue, picture 8.
Attach the two lights to their corresponding cables in the rear of the chassis as shown in picture 9. Feed the cables in the left and right slots in the chassis, making sure you have the correct orientation of the lights, (D12 to the left and D11 to the right), picture 10.
Place the rear trunk floor onto the rear of the chassis feeding the cables into the slot and secure in place using 4 x G screws from the opposite side as shown in pictures 11 and 12.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Right Hand Door Picture 1 show the parts for this issue. Place the door hinge over the recess inside the front of the door and fit the hinge mounting plate onto the hinge and secure in place using 2 x K type screws, picture 2.
