Issue 69

Right Hand Door
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Fit the window guide in the inside of the right-hand door from the previous issue and secure it in place using 4 x F screws, pictures 2 and 3.

Insert the flange on the rear view mirror through the hole in the top of the door and secure it in place using an F type screw, picture 4. Take the backing paper off the mirror and stick it to the inside of the mirror housing, pictures 5 and 6.

Fit the door handle to the door as shown in picture 7 and secure it in place on the opposite side using a D type screw, picture 8. Finally, push fit the door lock in place, picture 9.

Picture 10 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 70

Right Hand Door
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Place the door slide into the rear of the panel and secure it in place using 2 x D screws, pictures 2 and 3.

Fit the chrome trim into the recess in the door panel as shown in picture 4. Now place the wood effect panel insert through the two holes of the chrome trim and push fit it in place, picture 5.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 71

Right Hand Door

Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.
Fit the door window handle into the door as shown in picture 2, the turn the assembly over and fit the door window gear, securing them both using a “I” type screw, picture 3.

Place the door light switch and cable on the door switch bracket securing it in place using an M screw as illustrated in picture 4. Now attach the assembly to the inside of the door panel using a type “I” screw, picture 5. Feed the cable as shown in picture 6.

Fit the door light lens into the slot in the door panel, picture 7, then carefully fit the LED bulb into the door light housing, picture 8, then attach it to the door panel over the door light lens. Secure it in place using 2 x M screws, picture 9.

Picture 10 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 72

Right Hand Door
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Attach the door window intermediate gear in place as shown in picture 2 and secure it using a type “I” screw. Now fit the window lifter arm in place and secure it using another type “I” screw, picture 3.

Attach the window over the post of the window arm lifter and secure it in place using a type “I” screw, picture 4.

Take the door assembly and attach it to the door panel using 3 x f screws as shown in picture 5. Turn the assembly to the side and attach a type A screw, picture 6.

Fit the pins on the lower door panel into the door panel, picture 7, then finally attach the chrome trim as shown in picture 8.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 73

Trunk Lid and Hinges

Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.
Attach the trunk lid hinges onto the underside of the trunk lid using 2 x H screws for each hinge. Note: Both the hinges and trunk lid are marked with the letter “R and L”. The letter “R” is for the right-hand side and the letter “L” is for the left-hand side, pictures 2 and 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 73

Rear Spoiler
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Start by attaching the left rear spoiler bracket to the rear spoiler and secure them in place using 2 x A screws, picture 2. Now do the same with the right-hand side, picture 3.

Place the rear spoiler onto the top of the trunk lid, picture 4. Turn the assembly over and using 2 x D screws, secure the spoiler in place, picture 5.

Picture 6 shows the assembly complete for this issue.
