Issue 57

The Right Arm

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Retrieve the right arm assembly from the previous issue. Fit the rear cover of the right bicep so it fits between the shoulder and the forearm and secure it in place using 4 x type F screws, picture 2.

Now attach the front cover in the same way using 4 x type F screws, picture 3.

Finally attach the right elbow cover to the inner elbow part. The cover has two holes that fit into the pegs on the elbow, picture 4.

Picture 5 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Insert the left glove cuff into the opening of the glove hand, picture 2. Secure the two parts in place using 2 x L type screws as shown in picture 3.

Issue 60

The Right Hand and Lightsaber

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Attach the lightsaber decorations in the holes as shown in picture 2. Do the same with the other two decorations, picture 3.

Take the wrist part you received in the previous issue and slot the wrist into the glove feeding the cable through the hand, picture 4. Secure the two parts together using the type P screws, pictures 5 and 6.

Finally, find the lightsaber assembly you made earlier in the build and push fit it in place as shown in picture 7, then place the end of the cable into the larger slot inside the lighsaber as illustrated in picture 8.

Picture 9 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Issue 61

Lightsaber

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Retrieve the upper hilt of the lightsaber and insert the speaker holder, securing it in place using a type F screw as shown in pictures 2 and 3.

Remove the protective film from the speaker, picture 4 and stick the sticky side to the speaker holder making sure the cable passes through the recess, picture 5.

Attach the lower hilt to the assembly and secure it using 2 x type F screws, picture 6. Snap on the end cap, picture 7 and then attach the “D” ring and the reinforcement on the end of the cap as illustrated in picture 8.

Now attach the lightsaber decorations as you did with the upper part of the hilt, picture 9.

Align the bottom end of the hilt with the cylinder and before attaching it, place the microphone cable to the connector inside the cylinder, pictures 10, 11 and 12.

Picture 13 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Right Leg

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Insert the friction disc into the recess of the right knee base and secure it in place using 4 x “V” screws, picture 2.

Slot the right mobile knee bar onto the friction disc and secure this in place using 4 x “W” screws as shown in picture 3.

Picture 4 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.
