STAGE 75:

NOS bottles.

Pic 1: Fit the nozzles 75F into the bottle halves 75A as shown.

Pic 2: Fix the bottle bases 75B using 2 x AP screws in each.

Pic 3: Stick the NOS labels 75E to the tops of the bottles.

Pic 4: Fit the support legs 75D and 75E to the bottles as shown.
Make sure they are fitted the right way round as shown in the picture.

Pic 5: Stick the gauge labels 75I to the face of the gauges 75G, then fit the gauges to the nozzles on each bottle.

Pic 6: Fit the shut off valves 75H to each bottle.

Pic 7: Fit the bottles to the interior assembly as shown.

Pic 8: Fix from underneath with 2 x AP screws in each bottle.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 76:

Audio system.

Pic 1: Stick the display screen 76J to the face of the display unit 76B as shown.

Pic 2: Fix the assembly to the housing 76A with 1 x CP screw inside.

Pic 3: Fit the unit to the car interior as shown.
The NOS bottles have been removed to make the fitting clearer.

Pic 4: Fix from underneath with 2 x CP screws.

Pic 5: Fit the 2 x subwhoofer 76I speakers in place where indicated.

Pic 6: Fix from underneath with 4 x CP screws.

Pic 7: Fix the left shock absorber strut parts 76C, 76D and 76E together as shown. All parts are marked ‘L’.

Pic 8: Fix the right shock absorber strut parts 76F, 76G and 76H together as shown. All parts are marked ‘R’.

Pic 9: Fit the right assembly to the car floor where shown.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 10: Fit the left assembly in the same way.

Pic 11: Fix from underneath with 2 x CP screws in each.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 77:

Roll bar.

Pic 1: Press-fit the lower supports 77D and 77E onto the ends of the roll bar 77A as shown.
The parts are marked L and R.

Pic 2: Fit the roll bar onto the car floor as shown and fix with 2 x CP screws from underneath.

Pic 3: Fit the left brace 77B and fix with 1 x CP screw underneath and 1 x AP screw through the roll bar.

Pic 4: Fit the right brace 77C in the same way.

Pic 5: Tilt the seat forward and wrap one of the belts around the lower roll bar strut from underneath as shown, then feed the end of the strap through the buckle to keep it in place.
Be patient as this is very fiddly.

Pic 6: Repeat with the other three straps.

Store safely for now.
