Trunk Lid Inner Panel
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Fit the inner trunk panel into the trunk lid, securing it in place using 5 x H screws, picture 2.

Now attach the trunk lock anchor plate to the inner panel and secure in place using 2 x N screws, picture 3.

Picture 4 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 76

Front Bumper and Headlights
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Start the assembly by fitting the front bumper to the grill assembly from earlier in the build. Attach it using 4 x type C screws, picture 2.

Tale the cable marked D2 and place each bulb into the main headlights as shown in picture 3. Take the second cable, marked D1 and connect the LED bulbs into the high beam lights, picture 4.

Fit the two pins of the turn signal lens and place them into the holes in the turn signal housing, picture 5.

Picture 6 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 77

Right Front Wheel
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Insert the pins on the inside of the front wheel hub, picture 2. Place the assembly onto the wheel rim and secure it in place using 3 x C screws as shown in pictures 3 and 4.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 78

Right Front Wheel
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.

Before fitting the tyre, note the outside wall has some white markings that do not appear on the inside. Press the assembly from the previous issue into the tyre, picture 2. Tip: you may want to put the tyre into some hot water to soften it making it more pliable to fit.

To complete the wheel, press the three pins on the wheel centre rim into the holes in the wheel centre, picture 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.
