STAGE 15:

Engine 5.

Pic 1: The right engine block 15A and the connector 15B will fit together.

Pic 2: Fit the parts together and fix using 2 x EM screws.
The smooth flat face of 15B is outwards.

Pic 3: Retrieve the block 14A and fit the pulley 15C as indicated.
Fix with 1 x AM screw.

Pic 4: Store safely for now.

STAGE 16:

Engine 6.

Pic 1: Locate pressure tank parts 16A and 16B.
They will press-fit together.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

Pic 3: Locate the alternator parts 16C and 16D.
They will press-fit together.

Pic 4: Parts assembled.

Pic 5: Retrieve the right engine block 15A and press-fit the two assemblies in place as shown.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 17:

Engine 7.

Pic 1: Locate manifold parts 17A and 17B.
They will press-fit together.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

Pic 3: Fit the manifold into the right hole on engine block 14A and fix with 1 x AP screw from behind.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 4: Fix manifold parts 17C and 17E together as shown using 1 x KP screw.

Pic 5: Press-fit 17D in place on 17C.

Pic 6: Press-fit 17F in place on 17D.

Pic 7: Fit the manifold into the second hole on engine block 14A as shown and fix with 1 x AP screw from behind.
It will only fit one way.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 18:

Engine 8.

Pic 1: Locate the manifold parts 18A, B, C and D.
Look carefully inside each part. They are marked L3 or L4.
The two L3 parts are fitted together to form manifold L3.
The two L4 parts are fitted together to form manifold L4.
DO NOT mix up the manifolds.

Pic 2: Manifolds assembled.

Pic 3: Fit manifold L3 to the engine block as shown.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 4: Fit manifold L4 to the engine block as shown.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.

Store safely for now.

Engine 9.

Pic 1: Locate manifold parts 19A and 19B.
They will press-fit together.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

Pic 3: Retrieve the engine assembly from the previous stage and fit the manifold where shown.
It will only fit one way.
Fix from underneath with 1 x AP screw.

Pic 4: Fit the manifold coupler 19C to the ends of the manifold pipes.

Pic 5: Retrieve the engine part 13A/B.
The angled bracket will connect to the engine where indicated.

Pic 6: Part shown correctly in place.

Pic 7: Fix from underneath with 2 x EM screws.

Pic 8: Store safely for now.

Engine 10.

Pic 1: Locate the exhaust end sections 20A and 20B.
They will press-fit together.

Pic 2: Parts assembled.

Pic 3: Fit the connectors 20C and 20D into the tube 20E.

Pic 4: Fit the larger silver sensor connector into the side of the exhaust end assembly.

Pic 5: Fit the assembly to the exhaust as shown with the sensor facing up.

Store safely for now.
