STAGE 21:

Intake and injectors.

Pic 1: Fit the intake manifolds 21A and 21B together as shown.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Fix from underneath with 3 x F screws.

Pic 3: Locate the injectors 6 x 21C.
Each will fit in the hole on the manifold.
They will only fit one way, with the small tab on the side facing out.

Pic 4: All injectors fitted.

Pic 5: Retrieve the engine and fit the oil line 21D as shown.
Flex the ends to fit in the locating holes indicated.

Pic 6: Fit the manifold assembly to the engine as shown and fix at each end with 1 x E screw.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 23A:

Airbox base.

Pic 1: Locate the airbox base 23A.
Note it has a raised detail in the lower right intake.
Make sure you position the part this way round.
Locate the two pipes 23B and 23C. Each has one longer end.
These go to the left.

Pic 2: Fit the pipes as shown.

Pic 3: Fix from underneath with 3 x B screws in each.

Pic 4: Fit pipe 23D into the holes in the end of the airbox base as shown.

Pic 5: Fix pipe 23I to the side of the base with 1 x B screw.

Pic 6: Retrieve the engine and fit pipe 23E to the post in the centre as shown.

STAGE 23B:

Pic 7: Fit the airbox base to the top of the engine as shown and fix with 4 x B screws.

Pic 8: Fit the valve 23G to the central post on the airbox base.
The valve has a pin which will locate in a hole in the post.
Then fix the valve with 1 x B screw as shown.

Pic 9: Repeat on the other side.

Pic 10: Slide the long chrome pipe on 23F through the centre of the manifolds under the airbox base and fix the ends in place with 2 x B screws.

Pic 11: Feed the tube 23H through the centre of the manifolds under the airbox base.

Pic 12: Fit the end of the tube into the small hole in the base of the valve.

Pic 13: Repeat on the other side.

Store the engine safely for now.
