Right Hand Door
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.
Start by placing the right-hand slide into the inside of the panel and secure it in place using 2 x D screws, pictures 2 and 3.
Fit the door chrome trim as shown in picture 4, followed by the wood effect panel insert by pushing the two pins in place, picture 5.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 82
Left Hand Door
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.
Fit the door window handle into the door as shown in pictures 2 and 3, the turn the assembly over and fit the door window gear, securing them both using a “I” type screw, picture 4.
Place the door light switch and cable on the door switch bracket securing it in place using an M screw as illustrated in picture 5.
Fit the door light lens into the slot in the door panel, picture 6. Fit the door light housing, picture 7, then attach it to the door panel over the door light lens, picture 8. Place the door light housing over the LED and lens and secure it in place using 2 x M screws, picture 9. Picture 10 shows the inner panel complete.
Turn the assembly over and press the rear view mirror adjustment knob into the housing, picture 11.

Issue 83
Left Hand Door
Picture 1 show the parts for this issue.
Attach the door window intermediate gear in place as shown in picture 2 and secure it using a type “I” screw. Now fit the window lifter arm in place and secure it using another type “I” screw, picture 3.
Attach the window over the post of the window arm lifter and secure it in place using a type “I” screw, picture 4.
Take the door assembly and attach it to the door panel using 3 x F screws as shown in pictures 5 and 6. Turn the assembly to the side and attach a type A screw, picture 7.
Fit the pins on the lower door panel into the door panel, then finally attach the chrome trim as shown in picture 8.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
