STAGE 99:
Chassis protector.
Pic 1: Place the car upside down and lay the chassis protector 99A also upside down in the position shown.
Fit the speaker in place where indicated and fix with the bracket 99B and 2 x AP screws.
Pic 2: Turn the chassis protector over, making sure the speaker wires are not trapped anywhere and fix with 6 x AM screws.
Pic 3: Fix with another 2 x CM screws.
Pic 4: Fit the battery cover from stage 51.
Pic 5: Fix the front mudguards with 4 x AP screws.
Store the model safely for now.

STAGE 100:
Air filter and windscreen wipers.
Pic 1: Press-fit the filter parts 100A and 100B together.
Pic 2: Fix the assembly to the top rear of the car roof with 2 x TM screws and a further AP screw down the inside of the filter onto the injection pump.
Pic 3: Fit the sealing nut 100D to the filter cover 100C and then fit the assembly to the top of the air filter.
Pic 4: Press-fit the roof duct 100E in place as shown.
Pic 5: If you have not yet fitted the wheels they could be added now using 4 x AM screws saved from the wheel assembly stages in each wheel.
Repeat on the other side.
Pic 6: Fit the front wheels in the same way.
Pic 7: Fit the 4 x clips 100H to the two wipers.
These parts are a very loose fit so you may wish to use a little adhesive.
This is at the builder’s discretion.
Press-fit the left and right wiper in place.
The wipers are marked ‘L’ and ‘R’.
Pic 8: Fit the locking pin 100I as shown.
You will find it far easier if you have the bonnet open.
