Attach the upper structure at the back of the arm and secure it in place using 4 x LP screws, picture 2.

Upper Structure of the Right Arm

Place the upper arm joint onto the right arm and secure it in place using 2 x KP screws, picture 2.

Tip: Before we start with the next section, I would recommend using a pair of sturdy pliers to compress the spring. This will make it easier to fit into the part into the housing, picture 3.

Slide the spring onto the rod and insert the assembly into the base joint as shown in picture 4.

Insert the plate into the joint base, whilst simultaneously inserting the shaft pin, picture 5.

Insert the rod with the spring as shown in picture 6.

Attach the base cover to close the assembly using the nut and 2 x HM screws as shown in picture 7. Use the wrench that was provided in issue 7 to tighten the nut.

Attach the assembly to the right arm and secure it in place using 4 x SP screws, picture 8.

That completes the assembly for this issue.
