Issue 63

Right Leg

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Retrieve the right knee assembly from issue 63. Insert the friction disc in the base and secure in place using 4 x V screws, picture 2.

Slot the right mobile knee bar onto the friction disc and secure in place using 4 x W screws, picture 3.

Place the cover over the assembly, picture 4, then turn the part over and secure it in place using 3 x F screws, picture 5.

That completes the assembly for this stage.

Issue 64

Right Leg

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Retrieve the assembly from the last issue and place one of the support bases onto the joint as shown in picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 2 x F screws, picture 3.

Now place the other support base and secure both in place using 4 x F screws as shown in pictures 4 and 5.

Now attach the assembly to the right thigh using 2 x F screws, pictures 6, 7 and 8.

Picture 9 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Slot the friction disc into the base and secure in place using 4 x Z screws, picture 2. Note: The magazine instructions show V screws, please use the Z screws as supplied.

Place the mobile bar of the right thigh on top of the friction disc and secure it in place using 3 x Q screws, picture 3.

Picture 4 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Take the previous assembly and attach the friction disc onto the thigh bar and secure it in place using 4 x J screws, picture 2.

Fit the rotating bar onto the assembly as shown in pictures 3 and 4. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 2 x F screws, picture 5. Turn the assembly back over and apply the friction pad by removing the protective film and stick it to the rounded upper part of the cover, picture 6.

Finally, attach the assembly to the mobile bar, securing it in place using 4 x Q screws as shown in picture 7.

That completes the assembly for this stage.

Retrieve the previous assembly and attach the two covers of the support around the base of the rotating bar, pictures 2 and 3. Place 2 x F screws on both sides as illustrated in pictures 4 and 5.

Retrieve the right thigh assembly from issue 64 and fit the rotating bar assembly by securing it using 2 x F screws as shown in pictures 6 and 7.

Now attach the front cover of the right thigh onto the assembly by placing 4 x F screws in the holes as shown in pictures 8 and 9.

That completes the assembly for this stage.
