STAGE 27:
Fittings and hoses.
Pic 1: Assemble hose parts 27A, 27B and 27C as shown.
Pic 2: Slide the long hose under and between the manifolds as shown.
Pic 3: Fit the long end of the hose into the hole on the manifold top as indicated.
Highlighted in red for clarity.
Pic 4: Feed the ‘Tee’ end down behind the connecting pipe as shown.
Pic 5: Fix the valves 27D and 27E where indicated using 1 x G screw in each.
Fit the hoses on the ‘Tee’ connector into the holes on the sides of each valve.
Pic 6: Retrieve the engine cover from stage 24 and fit it in place as shown.
Pic 7: Fix 2 x throttle bodies 26A as shown using 3 x F screws in each.
Pic 8: Repeat on the other side.

STAGE 28:
Left exhaust guard.
Pic 1: Fix the bracket 28B to the guard 28A in the position shown using 2 x B screws.
Pic 2: Fit the guard over the left exhaust and fix using 1 x G screw where indicated.
Store the engine safely for now.

STAGE 29:
Right exhaust guard.
Pic 1: Fix the bracket 29B to the guard 29A in the position shown using 2 x B screws.
Pic 2: Fit the guard over the left exhaust and fix using 1 x G screw where indicated.
Store the engine safely for now.

STAGE 30:
Gearbox housing.
Pic 1: Retrieve the gearbox from stage 9 and fit the housing part 30A as shown.
Pic 2: Fix from the end with 2 x F screws.
Pic 3: Retrieve the cover 10E and fix it in place as shown with 4 x F screws.
Pic 4: Fix the end plate 30B to the housing from stage 7 with 3 x F screws.
Pic 5: Fix the side cover 30D with 4 x B screws.
Pic 6: Fix the end cover 30D with 5 x F screws.
Pic 7: Fix the shaft 30E in place with 2 x B screws.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 8: Fit the cover plate from stage 7 and fix with 5 x F screws.

STAGE 31A:
Transmission details.
Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fix the orange connector 31A as shown using 2 x F screws in the open end of the casing.
Pic 2: Fix the end cover from stage 10 in place with 3 x F screws.
Pic 3: Fit the oil cooler parts 31B, 31C and 31D together as shown.
The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 4: Fix the assembly to the gearbox where indicated using 2 x B screws.
Pic 5: Fix the heat shield 31E to the end of the assembly where shown using 2 x B screws.

STAGE 31B:
Pic 6: Fix the other heat shield 31F to the other end of the casing using 2 x B screws.
Pic 7: Fit the valve 31H to the end of the tube 31G.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 8: Fix the valve to the transmission case as shown with 1 x F screw.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 9: Fix the other pipe 31I in place with 1 x F screw.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 10: Press-fit the 3 x cables 31J into the orange connector as shown.
Pic 11: Retrieve the engine and note the connecting points with the transmission.
Pic 12: Fit the parts together as shown.
Pic 13: Fix the parts together with 2 x F screws underneath where indicated.

STAGE 32:
Passenger seat.
Pic 1: Fix the seat parts 32B and 32C together as shown using 4 x B screws.
Pic 2: Fit the seat cover 32A in place making sure it is seated properly all the way round.
Pic 3: Fit the trim panels 32D and 32E as shown.
Pic 4: Fix from behind with 4 x B screws
Pic 5: Fix the seat back 32F using 4 x B screws.
Pic 6: Fit the side panel 32H and fix with 2 x B screws underneath.
Pic 7: Fit the side panel 32G and fix with 2 x B screws underneath.
Store safely for now.
