STAGE 82:
Engine surround.
Pic 1: Fix the 3 x connectors 82B in place on the surround using 3 x AP screws underneath.
They will only fit one way.
Pic 2: Fix the 3 x batteries 82G in place on the surround using 3 x BP screws underneath.
They will only fit one way.
Pic 3: Connect the red/yellow wires 3 x 82C to the batteries as shown with 3 x MP screws.
Pic 4: Connect the red/blue wires 3 x 82D to the batteries as shown with 3 x MP screws.
Pic 5: Connect the green/yellow wires 3 x 82E to the batteries as shown with 3 x MP screws.
Pic 6: Fold the wires back on themselves and tuck them under the notch in the engine surround.
Pic 7: Secure the wires with the tab 82F, fixing it with 1 x AM screw.
Trim off the excess wire if you wish.
Pic 8: Push-fit the cable 82A in place as shown.

STAGE 83A:
Engine surround.
Pic 1: Locate the cylinders and mesh parts 2 x 83D and 2 x 83E.
Pic 2: OPTIONAL DETAIL – You can colour the central surface of the cylinders black with paint or marker pen to highlight the holes in the mesh when assembled.
This is at the builder’s discretion.
Pic 3: Wrap the mesh around the cylinders and fix with 2 x MP screws in each.
Pic 4: Fix the cylinders to the base 83F with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 5: Fix the assembly to the engine surround with the cylinder screws facing inward using 1 x AP screw from underneath.
Pic 6: Fix the storage units 83G in place with 1 x AP screw from underneath.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 83B:
Pic 7: Fix the 4 x spring wires 83H to the top of the cylinders with 4 x MP screws.
Pic 8: Feed the wires through the large hole in the engine surround where indicated.
Pic 9: Feed the coloured wires 83K through the same hole from above and then secure all wires using the tab 83I and 1 x AM screw.
Trim off any excess wire if you wish.
Pic 10: Fold the coloured wires 83K back over the engine surround and fix with the tab 83J and 2 x AM screws.
Pic 11: Press-fit the pipe 83A in place where shown.
Pic 12: Fit the cylinders 83B and 83C together.
Pic 13: Fix to the engine surround with 2 x AP screws from underneath.
Pic 14: Form a loop in the coloured wires 83K and wrap it around the blue and green cylinders as shown.

STAGE 84:
Engine bay.
Pic 1: Fix the 2 x brackets 84F to the firewall 84E with 4 x AP screws from behind.
Pic 2: Fix the 2 x tank parts 84H and 84I together with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Fit the tank cap 84G.
Pic 4: Fix the tank to the brackets with 4 x AP screws.
Pic 5: Fix the torsion bar 84C to the firewall as shown with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 6: Press-fit the support 84B in place as shown.
Pic 7: Retrieve the engine surround and place it upside down.
Fix the firewall part 84A with 2 x DM screws.
Pic 8: Fix the firewall part 84D with 2 x DM screws.
Pic 9: Fix the firewall part 84E with 2 x DM screws.
Pic 10: Fix 2 x AP screws where indicated.

STAGE 85:
Engine bay.
Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fit the rear firewall 85A as shown.
Fix with 4 x BP screws.
Pic 2: Fix with 2 x DM screws, one on each side.
Pic 3: Fix the rear bulkhead 85D as shown using 3 x CM screws.
Pic 4: Connect the blue plug where indicated.
Pic 5: Assemble the engine bay light parts 85B and 85C as shown.
Pic 6: Fit the light in place on 85A where indicated and fix with 2 x AP screws from the other side.
Pic 7: Retrieve the main body and place it upside down.
Make sure all the roof wires are facing forward.
Pic 8: Fit the engine bay inside the rear of the body and fix with 4 x DM screws where shown.
Make sure the bundle of coloured wires goes to the outside of the body as seen in pic 10.
Pic 9: Fix the other side with another 4 x DM screws.
