Issue 39

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue

Place the fork assembly on the work surface and take the control button panels. Add the two panels to the left of the handlebar as shown in picture 2, then secure in place using 2 x WP screws, picture 3.

Slide the speed limiter onto the handlebar and push up to the control buttons, picture 5.

Slide on the left grip, picture 6, then add the handlebar end cap, picture 7.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 40

Note: These next few issues are quite fiddly and at times you feel like you need more than one pair of hands. I would recommend taking your time when constructing these next parts and test fit the parts first, to familiarise as to how they fit. If the screws start to tighten too much, loosen them first before proceeding to tighten them all the way.

Place the spring over the hydraulic clutch lever as shown in picture 2. Now take the clutch lever mount and place the spring assembly in the fork of the mount and secure it in place using an AKP screw, picture 3.

Fit the bracket on the pump and secure it using an AJP screw, picture 4. Attach the bracket to the handlebars as shown in picture 5, then place the clutch lever over the top as illustrated in picture 6.

Whilst holding the assembly together, secure the first AJP screw to the lower hole, picture 7. See I told you, you would feel like having a second pair of hands.LOL

Place the second AJP screw into the butterfly switch, picture 8, then place it into the top hole of the assembly, picture 9.

Cut the cable to give yourself two cables, one 22cm and the second 42 cm long, picture 10.

Place the 22cm cable on the end of the clutch pump, picture 11 and the 42cm cable to the inner pin as shown in picture 12.

Bundle the two cables neatly to keep them safe.

Picture 13 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 41

Place both halves of the throttle controls, A and B onto the handlebars and secure them in place using 2 x KP screws, picture 2.

Place the spring into the right grip so the vertical pin is at the top and the small pin of the spring inserts into the hole in the grip as shown in pictures 3 and 4.

Push the grip in place on the handlebar making sure the vertical pin slots into the hole on the throttle, pictures 5 and 6.

Place the grip guard on the end of the handlebar and secure it using an LM screw, picture 7.

Picture 8 shows the assembly complete for this issue.
