Left Leg
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue Take the previous assembly and attach the friction disc onto the thigh bar and secure it in place using 4 x J screws, picture 2.
Fit the rotating bar onto the assembly as shown in picture 3. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using 2 x F screws, picture 4. Turn the assembly back over and apply the friction pad by removing the protective film and stick it to the rounded upper part of the cover, picture 5.
Finally, attach the assembly to the mobile bar, securing it in place using 4 x Q screws as shown in picture 6.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue Retrieve the previous assembly and attach the two covers of the support around the base of the rotating bar, pictures 2 and 3. Place 2 x F screws on both sides as illustrated in pictures 4 and 5.
Retrieve the left thigh assembly from issue 73 and fit the rotating bar assembly by securing it using 2 x F screws as shown in pictures 6 and 7.
Now attach the front cover of the right thigh onto the assembly by placing 4 x F screws in the holes as shown in picture 8.
That completes the assembly for this stage.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue Retrieve the left thigh and knee assembly and attach one of the support bases as shown in picture 2. Turn the assembly over and secure it using 2 x F screws, picture 3.
Attach the other base support as you did with a previous assembly securing each side using 2 x F screws, picture 4.
Attach the right calf cover onto the end of the knee joint, pictures 5 and 6. Use 2 x F screws to hold the assembly in place, picture 7.
Picture 8 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue Slot the right an ankle friction disc into the friction disc base, then secure it in place using four type J screws, picture 2.
Next, slot the right ankle mobile bar on the top of the assembly and secure it in place using four type O screws, picture 3.
Retrieve the left leg assembly you've been building in previous issues and attach the ankle joint you've built in this issue as shown in picture 4. Turn the assembly over and secure it in place using two type M screws picture 5.
Picture 6 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue Retrieve the right leg assembly you've been working on in previous issues and fit the left shin over the front of the left knee and secure the assembly in place using two type F screws to the top and two type M screws to the bottom as shown in picture 2.
Fit the left kneecap onto the pegs on the knee joint in the central part of the leg, as shown in picture 3.
Place the two friction spacer washers on top of the end of the ankle joint that sticks out from the bottom of the legs, picture 4. Now slot the boot hinge bracket into the part where you place the washers as illustrated in picture 5. Rest the screw washer inside the bracket you fitted in the previous step, as shown in picture 6. Now secure this entire ankle assembly using the type N screw, picture 7.
That completes the assembly for this stage.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue Fit the holes of the female strap (80-03) into the two upper left holes inside the right shin armour, picture 2. Place one of the plate washers over the holes and secure in place using 2 x x screws, picture 3.
Now do the same with the other straps as illustrated in picture 4. Note: the packaging the individual straps come in are clearly marked with their part number for identification.
Picture 5 shows the assembly stage complete for this issue.
