STAGE 87A:
Roof interior.
Pic 1: Fix the large panel 87E to the roof lining with 2 x GP screws underneath.
Pic 2: Fix the 2 x smaller panels 87F with 1 x GP screw in each from underneath.
Pic 3: Fix the black box 87G with 1 x BP screw underneath.
Pic 4: Fit the left sun visor 87C as shown.
Pic 5: Fit the hinge pin 87B where indicated.
Pic 6: Fix the retainer 87A (L) with 2 x IP screws.
Pic 7: Repeat on the other side with the right hand parts.

STAGE 87B:
Pic 8: Fit the 3 x LED’s 87I on the inside of the roof lining as shown. The black tape 87J over the central LED is to hold it in place as it is a very loose fit.
Pic 9: Fix tapes 87J over all of the LED’s.
Pic 10: Fix the wires at the rear of the roof lining using the tab 87H and 1 x IP screw.
Pic 11: Feed the 2 x LED’S on wire 87K through the holes in the car roof where shown.
Pic 12: On the outside, tape the LED’s down with 2 x 87J.
Pic 13: On the inside of the car, secure all of the wires out of the way at the rear.
Pic 14: Fit the roof lining in place and fix with 6 x NM screws.
Pic 15: Fix the front screen pillars with 2 x BM screws.

STAGE 88:
Interior panels.
Pic 1: Locate the seat belts 88A (L) and 88D (R). The brackets are marked so you can identify them.
Pic 2: Fix 88A to the side panel 88B with 1 x IP screw from behind.
Pic 3: Fix 88D to the side panel 88E with 1 x IP screw from behind.
Pic 4: Retrieve the car body and place it upside down. Fit panel 88B in place, hooking the roof end under the roof panel, and fixing at the bottom with 1 x DM screw.
Pic 5: Fit panel 88E in place, hooking the roof end under the roof panel, and fixing at the bottom with 1 x DM screw.
Pic 6: Fix the front panel 88F with 2 x DM screws.
Pic 7: Fix the front panel 88C with 2 x DM screws.
Pic 8: Open the driver’s door and fix the inner panel with 1 x FP screw where shown.
Pic 9: Repeat on the other side.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 89:
Engine cover.
Pic 1: Fix the 2 x hinges 89B to the rear of the engine cover as shown using 2 x QM screws in each.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 90:
Engine cover.
Pic 1: Fit the catch 90D and spring 90E together as shown.
Pic 2: Retrieve the engine cover and fit the assembly into the locating slot as shown and fix with the bracket 90F and 2 x QM screws.
Pic 3: Fit the cover stay 90A and 90B together as shown.
Pic 4: Add the fixing bracket 90C.
Pic 5: Retrieve the main body and place it upside down. Fix the retaining bracket 90C to the rear wall of the engine bay as shown using 2 x AP screws.
Pic 6: Turn the body the right way up and fix the engine cover in place with 2 x QM screws in each hinge.
Pic 7: Again with the body upside down, fit the cover stay long bracket 90A to the inside of the engine cover with 1 x QM screw.
Pic 8: Fix the hoses 90G and 90H together with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 9: Fix the tee-pipe 90I to the assembly with 1 x AP screw. The parts will only fit one way.

STAGE 91A:
Wiring and body fitting.
Pic 1: Fix the air filter parts 91A and 91B together with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 2: Retrieve the pipes from the previous stake and fix to the air filter mount 91C with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 3: Fix the assembly to the air filter with 2 x BP screws.
Pic 4: Fix the assembly to the top of the engine as shown in yellow with 3 x IP screws. Note where the pipe joins the manifold – in red.
Pic 5: Connect the pipe 91D where shown.
Pic 6: Fold wire 22 under the rear left corner of the chassis and fix underneath with the clip 91H and 1 x KM screw.
Pic 7: Repeat with wire 23 on the other side.

STAGE 91B:
Pic 9: Lay the main body upside down and position wire 91G as show. Note the double end position.
Pic 10: Feed the LED through the hole in the wing as shown.
Pic 11: Fold the LED over and fix with a sticky tab 91I.
Pic 12: Repeat with the LED on the other side.
Pic 13: Fix the wire down in the centre with a sticky tab 91I.
Pic 14: Position the chassis and main body as shown.
Pic 15: Feed the long yellow/orange wire through the hole in the engine surround as shown. NOTE – The printed instructions incorrectly label this wire yellow/red.

STAGE 91C:
Pic 16: Carefully connect all the relevant wires and plugs then wrap a sticky tab 91I around the wires near the plugs to keep them all together.
Pic 17: Bend the wires on the rear right corner upwards.
Pic 18: Carefully lower the body part-way over the chassis and feed the three wires out through the rear light aperture as shown.
Pic 19: Carefully feed the two wires out at the front in the same way.
Pic 20: On the other side at the front, connect the relevant plugs/sockets.
Pic 21: Lower the body over the chassis, the rear end first, continually checking no wires or seat belts are trapped anywhere.
Pic 22: Lower the front next.

STAGE 91D:
Pic 23: Turn the assembly over and carefully press down at all wheel arches until you hear the body click into place. Fix the central area with 4 x RM screws.
Pic 24: Fix with another 2 x RM screws at the rear.
Pic 25: Fit another 2 x RM screws at the front.
Pic 26: Fix the rear lower trim panel 91F as shown with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 27: Fix the other trim panel 91E in the same way.
Pic 28: Gently pull the orange/yellow wire further out of the hole in the engine surround.
Store your model safely for now.
