STAGE 87:
Rear right wheel.
Pic 1: Locate the wheel cover parts 87B and 87C. They will fit together as indicated. Fix the parts together with 2 x A screws.
Pic 2: Press the assembly into the front of the wheel 87A as shown.
Store safely for now.

STAGE 88:
Upper radiator 2.
Pic 1: Locate the coolant hose connector parts 88B and 88C. They will press-fit together.
Pic 2: Parts assembled.
Pic 3: Retrieve the air housing 19B and fit the assembly in the top slots.
Pic 4: Fit the other half of the housing 19A and fix with 3 x A screws.
Pic 5: Retrieve the upper radiator from stage 86 and fit the plate 88A as shown. It will only fit one way.
Pic 6: Fit the two assemblies together as shown and fix with 2 x A screws.
Pic 7: Retrieve the rear chassis assembly and fit the shock absorber bracket 88D as shown.

STAGE 89:
Upper radiator 3.
Pic 1: Connect the pipe 89C to the upper radiator manifold 86B as shown.
Pic 2: Fit the radiator mount 89B to the clip indicated.
Pic 3: Fit the other half of the mount 89A and fix with 2 x A screws.
Store safely.

STAGE 90:
Rear left wheel – Rain tyre.
Pic 1: Retrieve the wheel from stage 87. The tyre 90A will fit onto it.
Pic 2: You may find it easier to fit the tyre if you soak it in hot water for a few minutes. Dry the tyre inside and out and press it onto the wheel rim. Take care with hot water. The use of hot water is at the builder’s discretion.
Pic 3: Store everything safely.

STAGE 91:
Upper radiator 4.
Pic 1: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fit it into the base 91A as shown.
Pic 2: Fix the base plate 91B in place using 3 x A screws.
Store safely for now.
