Side Air Intakes
Attach the right lower air intake, marked with an “R” inside, and insert the two pins. From the inside secure it in place using a PS08 screw, pictures 2 and 3.
Do the same with the right upper air intake, securing it in place using a PS05 screw, picture 4.
Now repeat the process with the left-hand side.
Pictures 5 shows the final assembly for this issue.

Issue 111
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Hood Hinges
Place the left hinge on the left hinge support and secure them using a PS02 screw, pictures 2 and 3. Do the same with the right hinge parts. Secure the right hinge assembly to the hood as shown in picture 4 using a DS19 screw.
Now, position the right hinge support, so that the cutout at the base fits into the frame inside the hood and the rectangular protrusion of the support is inserted into its slot. Secure it in place using a DS19 screw, picture 5. Install one of the hinge springs as illustrated in picture 6.
Repeat the process with the left hinge parts, picture 7. Picture 8 shows the two hinges in place on the inside of the hood.
Retrieve the fender assembly and place the right and left hinge covers as shown in picture 9, using a DS19 screw to each cover.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 112

Front Bumper
Retrieve the front bodywork and place the front bumper over the licence plate by inserting the two pins on the bumper into the two holes in the bodywork, picture 2.
Retrieve the hood and place the two hood pin plates on their mounting points, picture 3.
Place the right and left horns into the fender assembly and secure both using a DS02 screw, picture 4.
Place the hood pins on both the left and right hood supports and secure them in place using a PS12 screw, pictures 5 and 6. Note the pins have a “D” shaped bottom, so they will only fit one way.
Pass the free end of the two hood pin wires through the holes in the hood support and twist the end of the cables to hold them in place, pictures 7 and 8.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
