STAGE 57:

Front chassis.

Pic 1: Fit the suspension assembly from stage 54 to the chassis 57-1 as shown.

Pic 2: Fix the parts with 2 x D screws.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 58:

Front suspension 2.

Pic 1: Fix 2 x brackets 58-3 to the front chassis as shown with 1 x D screw in each.
Note the raised side of the bracket faces inwards.

Pic 2: Repeat on the other side.

Pic 3: Fix a suspension arm 58-1 to the brackets using 1 x F screw on each side, from the outside.
Note the arm curves downwards.

Pic 4: Repeat on the other side.

Pic 5: Fix the top plates 58-2 on each side of the frame as shown using 2 x D screws in each.
The top plates will only fit one way.

Pic 6: Lift the hub and fix it to the suspension arm as shown with 1 x G screw.

Pic 7: Fix the shock absorbers in place with 2 x R screws in each.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 59:

Front turbine engine mount.

Pic 1: Fix the curved support 59-1 to the front of the chassis frame using 2 x D screws from beneath.

Pic 2: Fix the supports 2 x 59-2 to the next cross rail with 2 x D screws from beneath.

Pic 3: Fix the supports 2 x 59-3 to the next cross rail with 2 x D screws from beneath.

Pic 4: Fit the fast 2 x 59-4 support to the back rail with 2 x D screws from beneath.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 60:

Front right suspension.

Pic 1: Fix the 2 x brackets 60-4 to the ends of the ‘Y’ arm in the positions shown using 1 x F screw in each.

Pic 2: Fit the shock absorbers 60-2 to the ‘Y’ arm 60-3 as shown and fix with 1 x F screw.

Pic 3: Fix the assembly to the upright 60-1 as shown using 1 x G screw from underneath.

Pic 4: View from a different angle.

Store safely for now.

STAGE 61:

Front right brake.

Pic 1: Locate the disc parts 61-3 and 61-4.
They will fit together as shown.

Pic 2: Peel the backing from 61-4 and stick it to 61-3.

Pic 3: Fit the assembly to the hub 61-5 and the rear disc half 61-2.

Pic 4: Fix from the other side with 2 x I screws.

Pic 5: Retrieve the assembly from the previous stage and fix the brake caliper as shown using 1 x A screw from behind.

Pic 6: Press-fit the backing plate 61-6 in place.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 7: Retrieve the chassis assembly and fix the lower ‘Y’ arm in place as shown using 2 x D screws.

Pic 8: Turn the assembly over and fix the top of the upright to the upper arm using 1 x G screw.

Pic 9: Fix the shock absorbers in place as shown using 4 x R screws.

Store the assembly and disc safely for now.
