Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Left Taillight

Place the rear reflector and place it into the cutout of the taillight panel, picture 2. From the inside attach the LED circuit board over the pins in the back of the taillight lens, picture 3. Place the cover over and secure in place using 2 x PS05 screws, picture 4.

Route the LED cable from the front along the inside of the body keeping it in place using the supplied cable retainers, pictures 5 and 6.

Picture 7 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Right Taillight

Place the rear reflector and place it into the cutout of the taillight panel as you did with the left reflector. From the inside attach the LED circuit board over the pins in the back of the taillight lens, picture 2. Place the cover over and secure in place using 2 x PS05 screws, picture 3.

Route the LED cable from the front along the inside of the body keeping it in place using the supplied cable retainers, pictures 4 and 5.

Picture 6 shows the assembly complete for this issue.

Windshield frame and Wipers

Place the windshield frame around the windshield. Make sure the frames clips into place all around the edges, picture 2.

From the inside secure it in place using 7 x PS12 screws, picture 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 123

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Upper Ventilation Panel

Retrieve the windscreen wiper from the last issue, each wiper has a “L” and a “R” on the inside to show which side they are, picture 2. Fit the wipers onto the ventilation panel and secure both in place using a PS11 screw, pictures 3 and 4.

Now fit the ventilation panel to the front of the bodywork using 2 x DS02 screws as shown in pictures 5 and 6. Note: It is easier to assembly the part with the body turned upside down.

Retrieve the hood and place the hinges over the hinge supports inside the body. Secure them both in place using 2 x DS02 screws for each hinge, picture 7.

Picture 8 shows the assembly complete for this issue.
